NEW! Luxury house Prestige – Split bears that name for a reason. It is located in the most prestigious part of Split, a quiet neighborhood that offers everything at the same time - luxury and privacy, but it's also close to all the facilities to make your stay in Split pleasant and unforgettable. Therefore, it is not surprising that the neighborhood where the house is located, which is exactly between those two landmarks, is called the elite one.

Luxury house Prestige – Split is part of only three separate house, of which Prestige is the largest. It was built in 2023 and is ideal for a stay of up to four people. The living area is 65 m2, with a yard, a pool and a terrace of about 200 m2. It has two bedrooms, two toilets, a living room and a large dining room with a kitchen.

A terrace with a private pool, a yard and a parking space are additional amenities that are only available to you during your stay. All of this is in a separate part of the house so that the entire space is used exclusively by you. Of course, this includes a private entrance to the house.

Vacation should include a dash of luxury, and Luxury house Prestige will provide you precisely with that. The facility itself is designed to guarantee you complete privacy, so after a walk around the city, an excursion or swimming on the nearby beaches, you return to an oasis of peace. This is exactly why we prefer guests who are looking for this type of vacation. We respect differences and are aware that many, especially very young people, are looking for a slightly different type of accommodation than ours, accommodation more suitable for parties and noisy gatherings. While the strict city center is always pulsating and offers only short intervals for a peaceful sleep, the area where the Luxury house Prestige is located is the exact opposite of that. Residents of this neighborhood are used to peace at night, which is a guarantee of a pleasant vacation for you.

Due to its location, it is ideal for a stay for a couple, family or a group of friends who, after returning from the city or an excursion, will enjoy swimming in the private pool, sunbathing, drinking coffee or sipping wine, hanging out on the beautiful terrace and thus embracing the Mediterranean way of life, which the people of Split are particularly famous for. Spending hours hanging around together in the yard having dinner is a lifestyle of the people of Split, just like long coffee breaks in one of the hundreds of neighborhood cafes.
