Great spacious family retreat on the shores of Lake Superior. Beautiful upper level condo with plenty of room for all of your family. Huge living room (sits 9), large kitchen/dining area (sits 12), spacious bedrooms. Room to move without tripping over each other! 3 bathrooms.

Walking distance to restaurants/town. Plenty of room for your skis, snowboards, skates, etc. without getting in your way.
5% of every nightly fee donated to the Ontonagon Area Scholarship Foundation.

Free parking for trucks and trailers.
Dogs only for pets.

Stay here! I did a tremendous amount of research looking for an ideal location for a group of friends to get together in the winter. This is it! This place is better than described and shown in pictures. 1. Location - The location can not be beat. It is located directly next to the public beach access with views of Lake Superior. It is walking distance to numerous shops (make sure to check out the guitar shop), restaurants and bars. It is within an hours drive to 7 downhill ski areas (Big Powderhorn, Whitecap, Mt. Zion, Snowriver - Jackson Creek and Black River, Ski the Porkies and Mont Ripley), quick access to snowmobile trails, 25 minutes to bowling and surrounded by cross country ski and snowshow trails (Porcupine Mountains, Ottowa National Forest, Wolverine Nordic Ski Trails and ABR Trails). 2. Size - This place is well designed. Each of the 3 bedrooms is huge. One bedroom has a king sized bed, a twin bed, a couch and a cot. It also has a private bathroom and a small, electric fireplace. Another bedroom has two queen beds and a table for games or puzzles. The third bedroom has two double single bunk beds, two trundle beds and a single bed. In addition to the bedrooms, there are two kitchens with ample seating and prep room and a large living room. Finally, there is a ton of parking and space to hang and dry winter gear. This place was perfect for our group. I highly recommend!

Amazing location, very spacious rooms! Didn’t realize til we arrived that this is right on Lake Superior, it was perfect! The “house” is just the upper floor, but it’s huge, with a mix of older features that give it character, plus updated rooms like the master bathroom and kitchens. Plenty of room for a large group. Beds were all very comfy, 2 fridges, 2 ovens, lots of extras (beach chairs, volleyball, other games). Host was very kind & responsive. Would definitely stay again, hope to be back!

Unique layout. Large rooms Great space for large group. Had games and chairs for beach. We walked downtown for ice cream. Enjoyed a rock skipping contest at marina.

Our stay was wonderful. The place is big and open and really cleaned. Loved the view from the balcony of the lake. Will be coming back here again.
