Le condo est situé au Coral Beach bâtiment une des plus belles copropriétés en bord de mer à Isla Verde Avenue et de loin le meilleur emplacement de tous.

Situation Équipements:

• bâtiment en bord de mer fermée, avec 24 heures de sécurité
• Beaucoup de restaurants et lieux de vie nocturne à quelques pas
• A côté de l'Hôtel Intercontinental et l'Hôtel San Juan & Casino
• commercial Strip avec Mini Market, ATM et restaurants dans la rue
• 24 heures Walgreens un pâté de maisons
• 24 heures de location de voitures Charlie un pâté de maisons
• 24 heures Supermarché ~ 5 minutes de marche
• Divers plage à la mode des bars à quelques pas. Ciao Mediterraneo Intercontinental bar à côté
• Sports nautiques vacances à quelques pas (de scooter des mers, kayaks, parachute ascensionnel, et bateaux de banane entre autres)
• leçons de surf ~ 10 minutes à pied
• Location de vélos ~ 5 minutes à pied
• Isla Verde est la plus belle plage de San Juan ~ l'endroit pour voir et être vu

TRANSPORT:

• Pas besoin de louer une voiture .... Mais si vous faites place de stationnement # 51 est affecté à vous
• Tout est très facile et sûr à distance de marche (jour et nuit)
• bus publique à Old San Juan arrête dans notre bâtiment
• 10 minutes de voiture de l'aéroport avec absolument aucun bruit de l'aéroport
• Pour louer une voiture pour une journée il ya 24 heures Location Charlie voiture dans la rue

* Vous ne voudrez pas aller ailleurs et d'avoir à se déplacer en voiture dans la nuit, même sur de petites distances, parce que vous vous retrouvez dans un condo dans une petite rue à proximité très calme, ou de l'autre côté très calme de Isla Verde ( à côté du Ritz et le Courtyard Marriott). Seuls les condos sur Isla Verde Ave. qui sont près de l'Intercontinental et El San Juan Hôtel sont celles que vous pouvez vraiment marcher vers / à partir à tout moment de la journée et de la nuit, même avec de petits enfants. Cette zone de Isla Verde Ave a beaucoup de lumière la nuit, la sécurité et les touristes qui se promènent en tout temps, mais notre condo est très calme, vous ne serez pas entendre le bruit de la rue.

Over all the stay was amazing. Great views, direct beach access. Beautiful apartment, clean and well air conditioned. Only issue was a building wide water shut off from 6pm- 6am by the city. The host did a great job with everything they could to help ease the disruption of use, even provided a case of water. I would definitely would stay again in the future.

Perfect location. Just steps away from the beach. Close to restaurants, shopping, & bars. Room was clean and cozy perfect for 2 people. Washer and dryer in the unit as well which was a nice plus. Would definitely stay here again. Owner responds quickly to any questions as well.

Check-in was flawless. My host Antonio communicated the process thoroughly and kept in contact most of my stay. Cleanliness is one of my concerns when renting, and the apartment was clean and as presented in the listing. Make yourself at home. Safe and comfortable. The pool, beach chairs and beach access was a plus. Washer and dryer available in the room.. Parking available on site if needed. Would absolutely stay again.

Perfect stay

I couldn't have picked a better place!! Pool and beach are literally an elevator ride away, many restaurants walking distance, the check in was easy. Condo was just perfect! My flight was super early so we arrived early, and Antonio was nice enough to let us check in early!! Thanks Antonio Would definitely go back and rent from him again!!

Perfect location

This place was just perfect for us. So easily accessible to the beaches, and an Uber ride away from anything that wasn’t walking distance. It was nice that enterprise was just down the street for us to rent a car a few days into the trip. We loved that this place felt more like a “home”/apt, with all of the needed kitchen utensils, washer/dryer, etc. The layout made it feel spacious, as opposed to it feeling too much like a hotel room. It was also nice having the large balcony with view to the ocean.

Prime location!

My fiancé and I enjoyed the place. It is next to several places to eat and drink. The beach is literally right behind the property and the pool is nice too if you don’t feel like getting your feet dirty. Old San Juan is a 10$ Uber away and any of the tours will pick you up from the El San Juan hotel which is .2 away from the property. The place looks a little more dated in person but everything worked well. Tony was very communicative and I had no issues checking in or finding the place because of him. If you are looking for something to wow somebody this may not be the place… find a hotel. But if you are looking for a place to sleep and shower while you explore Puerto Rico you can’t go wrong here.

Close to the beach & 2 beautiful views!

Tony was great! Any questions we had he was very prompt! Quick walk to the beach. Huge pool but not a lot of chairs. A few things to keep in mind as this room wasn’t stocked like most VRBO’s are. *We were supplied with only 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towel *There are no washcloths, hand towels or dish rags/towels Otherwise the stay was great! Balcony was a great size! Walking distance to so much! CVS across the st! Check out Beach Breeze next to this condo! It’s pretty much the only bar on the beach. There are a few other across from the beach as well. Beach was awesome and one of the best on the Island!

Room with a view??

Location was excellent! Plenty of places to eat within a few minutes walking distance as well as grocery and convenience store. Had a little bit of an issue with the condo itself. The unit we had initially rented was not the one we stayed in. When I got the check-in instructions a few days before arrival I realized the unit number was #911 and not the unit I had rented online. When I asked Antonio if the pictures online were the same, he said I would “not be disappointed” and that this unit had a washer and dryer as well where the other one did not. The condo was clean and had plenty of cooking implements (some pans were warped) and spices etc for cooking but could use small updates/repairs here and there. The biggest thing we had an issue with was the view off the balcony. While it did have a partial ocean view most of it was looking at the top of the building next-door. I messaged Antonio about it to see if there was anything he could do (he told me he had four units in the complex) but never got a response and when I went back to check, my message had disappeared. Overall, we had a great trip. The beach was great. Water was great. People were great. Food was great, but if you want a room with a view, this is probably not the one for you.

Great communication and convenient location

Antonio was quick to respond and great to work with. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The property is secure. Don’t stay at the beach after dark, you’ll get locked out! Haha but can walk around and security will allow you in.

I live in New York but I travel to Puerto Rico frequently. That is why I bought a place of my own. Hope you enjoy my place as much as i do. My place is newly renovated, modern, cozy, clean, and quiet. Perfect place to come home to after a night of partying or sightseeing.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

In my opinion, this location is the best complex in the area. You are safe and secure in this condominium complex with gated 24 hr security. The complex is well maintained and it is right on the beach. Location is 10 minutes from the airport and it is located in the heart of San Juan. Right next to the well renowned San Juan Hotel and Casino. The amenities of this complex makes this location a great stay.
