The building has 24/7 security, New Olympic pool, and direct beach access.

This is the perfect little spot! Me and my daughter take trips to PR, just us every July. I love this complex, as it is very safe with 24/7 security and has good parking. This unit in particular is pretty awesome. We had everything we needed.. beach chairs, coolers, extra towels, a private washer and dryer, and it was CLEAN! When you walk in, it smells nice and not a single roach. Communication is top tier. We didn't have a single problem, and the host was super accommodating with our early flight in. I would stay here again for sure!

Coral Beach Towers

The condo gets a 5 out of 5! The towers gets 3.5 to 4. Coral Beach Towers is old & dated. The grounds are very clean though. 24hr security made an unsettling 1st impression of the towers very comfortable though. The towers is actually home to many residents so if you want a location to "turn up" and have no noise filters this is not the place to stay. My stay was for my 50th bday and I was accompanied by my 2 daughters. There was no "turn up" going down from me or my daughters but someone still had the nerve to make a noise complaint from our room. We sat on the balcony just about every night and was engaged with laughter & conversations but never sooo loud to warrant a noise complaint. But, again, as I mentioned the towers are home to many residents so I humbly took the complaint and understood & respected.The location of Coral Beach is definitely worth considering for a stay, walking distance to plenty of everything & a short uber drive to most places, if not renting a car. The most expensive trips were to Old San Juan & a few other places (20.00 range trips) & that was mainly back to the towers due to the time & availability of ubers.The electricity did go out on us our lastnight, about 345am & was not on when we left at the 11am check-out time. The condo does have a generator & Mr Ortiz did attempt to walk me thru getting it on but I dont think the right cord was left in the condo, (I should have taken a picture to post) or it was human error & I just couldn't figure

25 days on the beach🌞

This studio had everything we needed for our vacation. The shower was great. The beds are comfortable. Place was clean. There were chairs and a cooler to use on the beach. William was always available for any questions and responded quickly via texts. There are so many places to walk to for dinner and Ubers are also easy to access. Will definitely try to book here if we go back.

Perfect

The place is perfect, just like in the pictures cute, clean and perfect. If you’ve never visited the area, no need to worry. Food, nightlife and beach all within walking distance. Host is great and readily available to guests.

Amazing getaway

Had a great time on this mini escape. Unit was exactly what I needed. Amazing view for my morning coffee. Owner, William is an amazing hostess. Made a new friend for sure. Will definitely recommend and plan on returning!
