Toute nouvelle propriété en bord de mer rénovée à 5 minutes de l'aéroport, vue spectaculaire sur la plage dans le salon principal et la chambre, nouvelle cuisine, nouvelle salle de bain, nouveaux meubles, nouveau lit king size dans la chambre, le canapé se transforme en lit queen size, nouveaux luminaires, ventilateurs de plafond , nouveaux électroménagers, four grille-pain, cafetière, ventilateur, mini-bar, tout neuf. TV / câble dans le salon et la chambre, WIFI gratuit. Air conditionné disponible. Belles décorations modernes, piscine, accès à la plage privée et une place de parking privée gratuite. À quelques pas des restaurants et bars branchés de la plage, des discothèques, des casinos, des hôtels 5 étoiles, des divertissements et des magasins. Arrêt de bus à Old San Juan ou à l'aéroport à seulement cinq minutes et coûte seulement 75 cents. Les autres commodités comprennent la location / leçon de sports nautiques (jet ski, kite surf, kayaks, parachute ascensionnel, bateaux bananes, surf, etc.) La location de vélos est à 10 minutes. Pleasant stay

Our stay was very pleasant, place was clean and everything was provided. The location was amazing, right across from the beach. We had difficulty with the tv which didn’t work for the majority of our our stay, and the ceiling fan remotes didn’t work, it would have been nice Bed an sofa bed were comfortable; overall a good stay.

Amazing Solo Trip

I absolutely loved my stay at this property. Your view is just pure ocean and beach. You walk across a small street and you’re on the beach, with access to drinks & restaurants. Keep in mind, this is an oceanside property, so you will hear the waves and the people throughout the day. José always had great communication and answered any questions I had, which was greatly appreciated as I was doing a solo trip. I would definitely stay here again! Great location, great host, great activities.

Beautiful and Convenient

The condo was exactly as pictured in the listing and so conveniently located next to an absolutely gorgeous beach, restaurants, and more. Jose was extremely responsive and provided all of the information that we needed as well as recommendations for where to visit and what restaurants to try.

Isle Verde Condo on the Beach

This condo is wonderfully updated. The host is very prompt with his communications. The location of this condo steps away from Isle Verde Beach is fabulous! You can also easily walk to Carolina Beach, which is equally wonderful. I highly recommend this property. You will thoroughly enjoy your stay here, as we did. We will return again next year.

This really was too good to be true. The view and the location alone were amazing. The beach was beautiful. Places to eat or drink are EVERYWHERE. Casinos about 10 minutes away. Being 5-10 minutes from the airport without hearing planes going by is my new obsession. The Condo was beautiful. Kept very clean had some key amenities such as chairs and coolers for the beach. The communication with the host was excellent. He gave tips on what to eat and where to go for a good time. It was perfect! 10/10 I have been recommending this to everyone I know.

Great location. Super close to the beach, great ocean view from the condo. The condo is well equipped with different things for daily use. There were a bit inconvenience such as delayed response at check-in causing some delay in entering the building and the parking beeper didn’t work properly at first but the host was able to solve the issue. The host was responsive in time in general. Overall, I would recommend this place.

This condo was centrally located to all the events we want to participate in and right on the beach.

This condo was so clean, well organized and well stocked. It was right on the beach with little beach bars right on the property. We did not use the pool but it looked clean and inviting. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Jose the owner did a great job keeping in contact with us and making sure we had all we needed. Condo was close to the airport, 15 minutes to Old San Juan, 10 minutes to snorkeling, walking distance to casinos and really nice bars and restaurants. Had a blast. Strongly recommend this condo for you stay. Very family friendly area.

Breath taking view

I just finished renting from Mr. Jose Carrion for the second time and actually already planning my trip for next year. Mr. Carrion is very responsive and helpful. His property has a modern update look, very clean, and has beach items that can be borrowed for your Beach Days. I feel safe and I love the vibes in the neighborhood. Winter in MI Isla del Encanto

I came back to Puerto Rico to visit my family. I started my vacation staying with family at their homes, but I wanted my daughter to enjoy waking up at the beach as well. The apartment was very clean, well stocked and the host was extremely accommodating and always available. This is a great location for someone who has never visited the island. You are under 10 minutes from the airport, you can walk to local stores, restaurants, casinos and you are beachfront. You are also just a quick ride by car, bus or Uber to Old San Juan 🇵🇷 I was raised spending every summer in Puerto Rico with my family and coming back during the winter months. So to know that I'm near a major highway to head in any direction of the island along the coast or head straight up to the mountains is a plus.

Jose's place was everything we dreamed of!!!

I am so happy that we booked with Jose. I did a ton of searching for the best place to stay in Isla Verde for my daughter's graduation trip and honestly his place checked every box for our stay. For one it was directly ocean front and the morning breeze from the ocean was incredible. There were so many cool restaurants and a beach front restaurant in our building that served delicious food and frozen drinks we could walk over from our beach loungers and get one anytime. Jose provided all the necessities we would need for the stay, from the beach chairs and cooler to a fully stocked kitchen, to sunscreen and towels for the beach. I highly recommend his place for your next trip to San Juan; he was also very good at communicating with us during our stay to make sure all was going smoothly. We will def stay at Jose's place again on our next trip to PR. Thanks again for everything Jose :)

Fabulous Beach Condo

This one bedroom condo (with a king bed) is located in the Alambique section of Isla Verde Beach, our favorite beach after taking many trips to Puerto Rico. It is less than a 10 min. Uber ride from the airport. You can park your rental car here, or you can just Uber around. The condo is nicely decorated. You can cook, if you like. We used their cooler every day to take food and drinks to the beach for the day. They have a nice cart on wheels so you can easily walk a few blocks to the grocery store and bring back groceries for the week. They also have a little boogie board. This was our second visit since we liked it so much during our first visit. The single only recommendation I can make is for the owner to get room darkening curtains in the bedroom. Otherwise, this place is absolutely perfect. The owner communicates very fast and is very friendly. We highly recommend this place. Thanks for another wonderful stay!

Beach Time

The property was very clean and had everything you needed for the beach… towels chairs suntan lotions even after sun lotion. We arrived at noon and check in is not till 3 so that kinda sucks and checkout is 11 and our flight was at 3:30 and they will not allow you to sit downstairs and wait inside ?? A walking map around the area would have been nice and Jose said he was going to send tips on things to do but never did. The air conditioner in the living room was broken from the previous renter and he said he had wanted to get that fixed but it wasn’t. Overall it was just OK

Hi Tracey, sorry for not providing the tips, we had so much back and forth communication that I forgot to send you those. I have check in and check out times so I have enough time to clean the apartment between stays and stick to CDC guidelines, not much I can do there, otherwise your bad review would have been regarding a dirty apartment. The air conditioner works perfectly, it was just the on/off button that was broken by the previous renter, I had provided a workaround in the meantime to turn it on and off, you did not mention it was not working. That was my first non-five star review ever which I thought was a bit unfair since you did mention you enjoyed the apartment and had a great time. I would have also provided a discount if you felt things were not to your expectations, you just needed to let me know. Take care.

Total disaster

This place was a complete dump everything about the beautiful modern up to date condo was a lie. The water was messed up we had no way to shower, The buttons on the air-conditioning were broken and there was no way to adjust the old timey window units. There was no oven and it was advertised with a kitchen. Then the power went out in the condo and we had to find another place to stay the week of the 4th of July. It was ugly drab and dark. We did not feel safe. Condo is in the hood of Isla Verde Beach. I requested a refund and the host tried to charge a cleaning fee deducted from my fee. Vrbo I thought was safe, they charged a service fee. I contacted my bank and let them handle it. Do not use Vrbo or stay at this wack condo. He destroyed our vacation to Puerto Rico. Do not stay here. Jose stated he did not know but had other guest before us. I know they did not stay there without water. He said they told him about the water after we checked in Complete dump it was terrible and dirty.

Great property/Great location

The property is very nice. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It is super close to the beach, restaurants and stores. I traveled with my teenage daughter and my mom and we had no safety concerns. Jose was quick to respond to questions or concerns before and during our stay. I highly recommend this property!
