Sunfish Cove is located on the soundside in Avon. Sunfish Cove is a wonderful vacation spot, conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. Charming and cozy cottage ideal for a small family or a couple seeking a getaway. You are allowed to bring your dog, and there is a secure area for them to play freely. All visitors must provide their own linens, towels, and paper goods. Avon's Calling is styled and equipped according to the preferences of its owner. A coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, silverware, glasses, mattress pads, pillows, and blankets or comforters are included. Reservation charges, fees for partial stays, pet-related costs, taxes, and insurance are applicable.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $75.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather. The offered Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance covers many unforeseen and emergency situations.

Fishing cabin

We had a great stay and use the place as a base to fish and kayak. Read the listing carefully as no sheets or linens are provided.

Nice cottage

The cottage is nice and dog friendly. It was further from the beach then we anticipated and had to drive to the beach most days. The mosquitos were also really bad outside but overall nice place

This is overall a great cottage. It is well-maintained and comfortable. I really liked how the surrounding trees blocked the views so it felt more private and peaceful. Be aware that since this is a dog friendly home, the sofa did smell a bit like wet dog and had a decent amount of dog hair. Luckily I had a quilt to lay over the sofa while we used it. And although the kitchen is nice, it is very minimally stocked. There wasn't even a strainer for draining pasta or rinsing fruit. So bring a lot of kitchen supplies if you plan on cooking a lot. I would definitely stay here again and would just pack supplies accordingly.

The cottage is in a quiet location. If there is something that is needed in the kitchen area for cooking, please let us know about that too. We would have been happy to pick up the items needed. The cottage was outstanding. Very clean and up to date. Loved the enclosed porch. Perfect for me, my husband and 2 dogs. The only issue was the grass was very high in the fenced in yard. The dogs did not like being outside. I did call sunday and left a message if someone would be mowing. I never received a phone call back. I called again and spoke with someone who said they did have a message in to the lawn company but did not know when they would be there. They never came.

House was an advertised had everything we needed but a washer and dryer but excellent house for the money will stay at this property again.
