Welcome to the Atlantic Ocean! You will be staying in a DIRECT OCEANFRONT VIEW CORNER UNIT condo on the 3rd floor. Living room has direct straight-on view and view up the coast to the north (windows on two sides). Both bedrooms have direct view of the beach. No road to cross -- walk out the building onto the sand. Our building is located on a quiet private beach with miles of sand in either direction.

You will have the entire 1000 sq. ft. condo to yourself.

You will be staying in a DIRECT OCEANFRONT VIEW CORNER UNIT condo on the 3rd floor. Living room has direct straight-on view and view up the coast to the north (windows on two sides). Both bedrooms have direct view of the beach. This unit is closest to the beach in the whole building. Sitting on the balcony is practically like sitting on the sand below. No road to cross -- walk out the building onto the sand. Our building is located on a quiet private beach with miles of sand in either direction.

You will be amazed by the ocean views! The balcony sits directly over the ocean. You'll want to spend hours reading a book, sipping wine or just watching the waves from the ample seating provided.

Walk for miles on our family-friendly beach. The sand stretches for miles in either direction. Enjoy surfing, boogie-boarding, collecting shells or just relaxing in the chairs we provide. This beach is never crowded so you'll have plenty of space to yourself!

We can sleep up to 7 people. In addition to bedrooms there is a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room and a cot.

MORE PEOPLE IN YOUR GROUP? We own another unit directly above this one -- if you have a larger group traveling together please inquire about booking the other unit as well.

IMPORTANT: Please note that THERE IS CURRENTLY NO POOL. We are completely remodeling the backyard area, so the back of the building will have an "unfinished" look until the pool is finished some time in 2026.

Great location - right on the beach. Located to many activities and restaurants. It is an older condo, but it has been well kept. We would stay here again.

A Much Needed Break

Everything from booking to checking in and out went smooth and easy. Very stress free. Really loved the decor. The balcony was a treatBeach access was simple, we spent most of our days in the sand. It was a much needed reprieve from the winter doldrums of the Midwest.We are already talking about a return trip. Thank you!!!!

Great Location, Right on the Ocean

We enjoyed our stay at the Oceanfront Oasis again this year. We were looking for a place with views of the ocean and easy access for walks on the beach as we escaped cold and snow back home. The balcony overlooking the beach was where we spent most of our time either reading a book or people watching. We've stayed at this property previously and appreciated the upgrades to the flooring throughout the condo on this visit. Planning to book it again for our next trip to the Melbourne area.

Great beach getaway

My wife and I came with our son who turned one while we were here. The building is older and a little dated, but everything was clean and comfortable and provided what we needed. There is no pool or beach access because of construction, but that was told to us in advance, and the beach access is an easy short walk away. The biggest negative was that some of the neighbors smoked a lot of marijuana and the smell sometimes found its way into our place. Overall, it was a great stay!

You can't get more beachfront than this!

The property is right on the beach! During high-tide the ocean is almost at your door step. The balcony is beautiful and roomy enough to fit 4-5 people.The building and unit are on the older side. There were some renovations going on at the building. The property itself has a lot of potential. The kitchen in the unit is small. It was nice to have 2 bedrooms and two baths.The host has a lot of beach gear (toys, chairs, coolers, towels, water shoes, umbrella) in the closet which was extremely helpful! I recommend water shoes for swimming in the ocean at low tide because there are large coquina rocks on the ocean floor.

No pool, but the pool is still in the photos

They need to take the pool out of the photos of the property and out of the paperwork that describes where everything is. It still says game room and pool. The owner does send a message after you book saying the pool was destroyed by the 2022 hurricane but it needs to be removed from the photos and paperwork.

Fantastic ocean view

This is a very old condo building. Looks as though the last update was several decades ago. Inside was neat and well decorated although it looked like it had not been deep cleaned in a very long time. It is about what you would expect from any 2* hotel. The best feature was the balcony. Fantastic view of the ocean and up and down the beach. We sat out there a lot. There was some construction going on however the owner did warn us about it so it was expected.

Stunning Beach View!

This place was exactly what I wanted! Stunning views of the beach from every room. Yes, there is construction going on, no beach access or pool until it is finished, but...the walk to the beach is about 2 blocks and I didn't miss the pool. The work was not as loud as i would have thought and it did not deter from the beautiful view of this place. You are right on the beach! I spent a good deal of time sitting on the balcony, saw 2 beautiful sunrises, and enjoyed just hearing the ocean waves. I loved the decor, very "Golden Girls" and even though the kitchen could use an upgrade, it had everything we needed and the whole place was clean! I will definitely be back and hopefully when the work is completed. Beautiful place!

Not happy

While the location of the beach was super, the carpet needs replaced. Bubbled-up drywall around many windows and VERY dated baths and kitchen. The property mgr. informed us of the damage hurricane Nicole on Dec. 10th. Since we had only committed (vacations scheduled) we decided to continue. What we didn't expect how much the construction impacted our visit.

Review of my stay

I love this place mostly because of the view and proximity to the beach. Unfortunately on my visit this past time, there were a few problems. The stairs down to the beach were boarded up and unusable due to the hurricane. I was not made aware of that. Secondly, there were people going thru each unit to check something on balconies. We were not informed of that and we had a dog in the condo that could have gotten out. Thirdly, both sinks in bathrooms were clogged up. I still love the place and would stay again

The unit was fairly decent, the building itself is absolutely horrible. Pros The view! screened in balcony was nice Television was large and had good features Master bed was comfortable Trundle bed was a huge win Cons The building needs major attention. Even the air fresheners in the elevator are not helping. Everything is filthy outside of the unit. The beach area (at least during our visit) was completely covered in seaweed and not cleaned during the 3 days we were in town. There is almost no beach area to lay out as the tides often came all the way to the retainer wall and we had only a few hours of sand. When the kids went to the ocean, 2 of 3 got cut on the rocks in the ocean, not a safe place to play. If you want more than a pretty view, avoid the area and choose another city. The unit was fairly clean, but dated. It is an older building, but it could be given a better cleaning job.

Great View, Right on the Beach

We chose this property based on the pictures of the view from the living room of the balcony overlooking the ocean. We weren't disappointed as we spent most of our time at the property sitting on the balcony enjoying the sunrises over the Atlantic and the sounds of the surf. We're already looking at dates to return next year.

No Hot Water

The views are amazing! They should be because you’re not on the beach, you’re in the beach. The condo could use some TLC. Carpets are worn and appear dirty. The vinyl kitchen floor has yellowed. The cabinets need repair. It’s not all bad. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you would need. The host also supplies linens and toiletries. The killer is that there was no hot water. The host responded quickly but could only offer a partial refund if we stayed. Upon check out a resident informed us that the water had been out for weeks. Shame on the host for not letting me know when he emailed the long scary list of rules.
