Condo Is Conveniently located around restaurants and close to beach access. Very cozy and beautiful views. New golf cart. Enjoyed our stay and will visit again.

Great location and golf cart was a plus!

Everything described in the description was accurate. Golf cart was a huge hit! We barely had to drive our car anywhere. Condo was right in front of a lake to fish at, the golf cart got us to and from the beach & Baytowne Wharf within minutes, and the condo was huge and had everything we needed with over 20 towels! Everything was perfect and will be returning!

Overall a great stay

There was plenty if room for my family of five. The golf cart was definitely a plus. We bought meat to grill and was very disappointed that the grill didn't work. Watching television was problematic. Only a couple of channels worked. A Roku or more channels being available will easily correct the problem.

Had a few issues that Platinum addressed immediately. The one area that could use improvement was the patio very confined with size of patio table and needs some upkeeping. Platinum staff were all very helpful and enjoyable too work with.

If you have more than 1 vehicle, you'll have to park off-site and use the golf cart to shuttle back and forth. This would not deter us from staying here again, however!

Lot of changes since visit one year ago!

We moved to another condo on the property due to unresolved maintenance issues, such as no air conditioning, a clogged guest bathtub, broken furniture, dirty linens, and an infestation of water bugs. We understand that water bugs are prevalent in Florida, but seeing four giant bugs in one night, was too many to endure. We are so thankful that the onsite management team could move us to another unit the next day so we could enjoy our anniversary vacation with our friends. Thank goodness for the onsite after-hours manager!!! They saved our vacation.

Great Vacation Spot

This is the second time we have stayed at the Sandestin resort. This property was a great size for our group. We love the golf cart. We walked in to some damage with the stove. But the property management was very responsive. We would love to stay here again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is located in a great location on The Links and with very limited bay views. Overall we had a good stay but this place could use some updating. Even minor items would make it better. It needs a new coffee pot and blender. Both are old and grimy. I had to clean both before we could use them and this seems a very minor investment in customer satisfaction. The pots are also very old and beat up. The shower door in the MBR does not slide well. The washer/dryer are in the kitchen & washer makes so much noise you can't hear anything when it is running. And you can't run it at night because the upstairs loft is open. That open loft is not worth counting as an extra BR because we would whisper downstairs and they could hear everything so any little noise would wake them in the loft. I would only consider this as a 2BR. The carpet on the stairs is loose and is an extreme trip/slip hazard. My daughter was pregnant and I was worried every time she had to go upstairs. There are just a lot of little things that could be so much better with a little investment and TLC. I should not have to pay that amount for a summer vacation and have a blender and coffee pot from 1980. On the other hand, the service from Platinum was great. We needed a new propane bottle and had one delivered within a couple of hours. This unit just needs a little love.
