This condo looks over Tower 1 and its beautiful pool!

This 8th floor condo sleeps up to eight guests and it features two full baths. The spacious master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, and private master bath. In the second bedroom, you'll find a queen bed, a flat-screen TV and this bedroom is connected to the second full bathroom with a toilet and shower/tub combo. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, with an upgraded gel mattress for comfort. There is also bunk beds with twin mattresses, that can sleep two total guests (one on each bed) that bring this unit's ability to sleep up to 8 guests total.

If you love to cook or just want a great gathering space for the family, the kitchen and dining area is the perfect space for entertainment. Whether its for dinner or for family game night, there is a huge dining room table and bar seating, which is perfect for breakfast or a quick bite to eat. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including refrigerator, over/stove top and dishwasher.

Edgewater is a perfectly placed, centrally located resort along Panama City Beach, with tons of amenities in either direction. Pier Park is minutes to the west and St. Andrew’s State Park is to the east. There are plenty of local shopping and restaurants located close to Edgewater, including FireFly, Dee’s Hangout, among others located within walking distance.
