Ceci est une plage / océan face condo. Lorsque vous êtes dans le salon ou sur le balcon, vous cherchez à droite à l'océan !!



Ceci est l'un des meilleurs condos à Orange Beach et le long de la côte du Golfe Alabama. Venez pour le plaisir au soleil ou à flotter sur la rivière artificielle. Phoenix West est l'un des condominiums les plus luxueux sur le golfe! Les points de vue à l'Est et l'Ouest sont incroyables depuis le balcon ou à travers les fenêtres du sol au plafond dans le salon. Avec plus de 1.950 m² de l'unité est très spacieux et luxueusement meublées. Aucune dépense n'a été épargnée pour votre plaisir et de détente. Nous venons d'installer un verrou d'entrée sans clé sur la porte d'entrée !! Cela signifie que vous et votre famille n'êtes pas obligé de faire face à toutes les clés pendant votre séjour, il suffit de percer dans une combinaison de chiffres sur le clavier et les déblocages de porte!



L'unité est artistiquement peint et décoré professionnellement avec pleine grandeur appareils en acier inoxydable, armoires sur mesure, des comptoirs en granit, un bar avec machine à glaçons, 46 "TVHD à écran plat dans le salon avec téléviseurs à écran plat et DVD dans les chambres, salle de lavage avec laveuse et sécheuse. La chambre principale a un lit king size tandis que la 2ème chambre a un lit queen et lit gigogne et 2 lits doubles composent la 3ème chambre. Il y a aussi deux canapés-lits Queen dans le salon si vous avez besoin de plus d'espace.



Il y a une rivière paresseuse, toboggan, piscine extérieure avec un clôturé pataugeoire chauffée en porte piscine, deux jacuzzis, centre de fitness state-of-the-art, 2 saunas et un toit-top des courts de tennis.



Il y a un 25 ans la limite d'âge minimum pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans aucun remboursement en cas de violation.

Stationnement: Vous devez acheter vos laissez-passer de stationnement à votre arrivée. Ils sont facturés une fois pour 35 $ par véhicule. Toute unité de 3 chambres louée à Phoenix West garantit que vous pouvez acheter jusqu’à DEUX laissez-passer de stationnement. La réception vous vendra des laissez-passer supplémentaires en fonction de l’occupation du complexe pendant votre séjour. Ne vous attendez pas à pouvoir en acheter un pendant la saison d'été.

Great Stay!

The property is well maintained. Unit was just as deacribed and photos shown. Lazy river was very nice, although crowded. I would day during peak summer season the pool area gets super crowded fast! Check in was a breeze and it was nice knowing there is security on the grounds. Will definitely stay here again!

The condo and building were in good condition, great location, close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. I enjoyed waking up to see the dolphins in the ocean and watching them play in the evening. You are on the beach within minutes, and we truly enjoyed the lazy river and indoor and outdoor pool area. We didn't use the stove or anything that had to do with cooking, but the kitchen was very equipped if we needed to. They have a nice grill area if you want to grill. Overall, my family and I had a great vacation.

This place is beautiful but our beds had sand in them. There was sand on floors and dishes in cupboard were all dirty. We had to clean everything.

Orange Beach Condo

Was a beautiful location and very nice condo with a great view of the beach. The lazy river was very nice to have onsite. Parking was pretty easy and we were able to find a spot on the bottom level nearly the whole trip. The condo was missing a few essentials you may want to bring, like ordinary seasonings if you cook anything and regular dish soap.

Wonderful OBA spot

My parents snowbird in this building and we appreciated having our own space for visiting them. Having the extra twin bed in the 3rd bedroom was great for us, teens aren’t particularly fond of sharing beds!The whole condo was very clean and comfortable, everything worked well. We had no issues so no communication with the property manager was necessary beyond the check in info.

Our first time in Orange Beach did not disappoint! Having never been there before we didn’t know what to expect with lodging and going through VRBO for properties available to rent. Our condo was amazing. Clean..spacious and comfortable. We will be back!

Get what you pay for

Smelled like mildew - especially the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Dryer had standing water inside each morning (vent issue). Furnishings were a bit worn down. Location was great - view was incredible.

Orange beach Condo

Great views and the condo was big enough for everyone staying here. Easy access to the beach, and walking distance to 3 restaurants. The kitchen is stocked with enough dishes, glasses, pots, pans everything needed for cooking meals. Furniture (couches and chairs) are old and well used, very uncomfortable. The washing machine makes a horrendous noise when used. Overall we have enjoyed our stay.

Furniture not very nice, for example, counter height stools at bar height counter. Had to use internet from neighboring condo though it was included. Master in middle of condo, strange layout. All that said, location was great, people on property VERY nice, we had a great time!

Orange Beach Dream

This place was amazing! It fit all of us perfectly. The building is right on the sand. The pool, lazy River, and slide were a huge hit for the kids in our party! The only complaint I would have is for the building itself - there are 26 floors and only 4 elevators. On the weekends it was very challenging to get up/down to/from our room. Especially when checking in/out with all of our stuff. I did appreciate that they had multiple carts and typical hotel caddies to help move stuff - there just wasn’t a ton of room in the elevators to fit with all the people. Other then that it was a dream to stay at. Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Phoenix West 2308 is a nice rental. Though it is not small child friendly with lots of sharp edges and corners and 100% tile floors. Fluorescent light cover in kitchen kept trying to fall off and had a few paint chips fall from ceiling in living room area. Also strange that there are French doors leading from dining area to the master that can't be locked to keep people from coming in to the bedroom but to keep people in the bedroom. There are only 4 elevator for this whole complex and wait times are ridiculous at times.

The Very Sandy condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was nice but would of been a more pleasant stay if the floors were swept! The moment we walked in that's the first thing I heard was sand at the bottom of my shoes. I knew them I would not walk around the condo with no shoes on. We had to sweep a little biit but it needed a real good cleaning and I was not going to spend my time on vacation sweeping floors! Other than that the dishwasher was broken so we hand washed everything. I already informed the renter with the problem . Everything else was fine.

Perfect location- would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Easy to find and a great location. We had a group of 12 with kids ages 5-17 and everyone had a great time. Any issues I had previously read about in the reviews have been fixed so that was a very pleasant surprise. **here are our only cons to the condo(although none of these would keep us from returning!) *There are only 4 elevators to service all 29 floors which resulted in quite a long wait during certain times of the day. *Very few tubes for the lazy river. We counted 20 total, so I’d highly suggest bringing your own to float with. *The parking garage is pretty dang tight so keep that in mind if you’re planning on bringing a big vehicle. *There are a couple of pots and pans supplied, however, they aren’t the very best so bring your favorites with you if you are going to need something specific. *Maybe THIS is just because of my OCD, but I would have loved to have a broom supplied in the condo to help clean up sand and dirt that we tracked inside. Other than that, it was awesome. We will 100% be back!
