Outstanding condo

The decor and furnishings are beautiful. The grounds and the pool are meticulously maintained and the small restaurant/bar is a real convenience. Ulises is as a gracious host and always responded to any of our questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Not a ‘Luxury’ Unit

The area is luxurious, the price was luxurious, but the unit was rather cheap. No salt, no pepper, no sugar, no paper towels, no oven, only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 10 day stay, only two days worth of water, washing machine leaked, no screen on window, no instructions on how to use fans or air conditioners. We had to purchase new water for the unit. We had to clean the floor after the washing machine leaked, and couldn’t finish doing our laundry. One of the laundry room doors was broken. In terms of security: couldn’t lock the veranda doors and there’s no screen on the window in the bedroom. On the bright side, our contact (owner/manager?) was always polite and accommodating.
