Welcome to OutlookMiler! Nestled in the heart of Saratoga, OutlookMiler is a spacious 3BR retreat for guests who want to experience Saratoga without sacrificing comfort.
Step outside and you're a short stroll from Broadway and Arts District. Saratoga Race Track, SPAC, and Skidmore College are just minutes from your door.
A day at the races, a live concert, hiking or skiing the surrounding hills, lazy afternoons on the lake, or a rejuvenating spa day await you.
Come as a guest, leave a local.

3BR/1.5BATH with both indoor and outdoor dwelling spaces for a family, friend, bachelor / bachelorette, getaway weekend or long-term stay. Six guests maximum are permitted on the property and overnight. Additional charges will be added per person per night if more than six guests are dwelling on the property.

The split level ranch offers all living, kitchen and bedrooms on the top floor while laundry, a dedicated working area (high speed WiFi available on the property) and game room can be found on the lower level.

We have two cameras located on the front of the home - one located off the garage and one within the doorbell. An additional camera is located off the back shed.

The home is happy to host short, mid and long-term stays. Inquire for more information.

My family and I had a great stay and would highly recommend it to others. Samantha was a great host and was quick to respond when needed. The home was in a great location. We walked to town and also grabbed Ubers when going to the track - very easy to get an Uber. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was even a nice welcome gift. Would certainly rent again next time we are in Saratoga.

Review

The house was in a great location with easy access to all of the shops. We came for some shows at the SPAC, and the house was only 10 minutes away. It took only two turns, and we were there. The house was the perfect size for our group of four adults.

Weekend Trip

Samantha was a great host, we appreciated the little extras she provided like a welcome bag, sparking water in the fridge, and coffees. We also appreciated the accommodations for our 4 month old, she provided a pack and play, a bouncer, and some baby soap. It was a comfortable and convenient stay for the weekend.

Close to everything

Clean, quiet neighborhood, functional, and had everything we needed. Here for a regatta so didn’t have much time to enjoy outside. Close to everything. Owners responsive and helpful. Hope to stay again when we return in spring!

We were there for the races. (Thorpedo Anna group) Location of the property Was great for us. One mile to Broadway,Shoppong and Dining (Down town)and drive through down town another mile to Saratoga race track. Little warm so we used the window AC units which was fine . Neighborhood is quiet and close to necessities. ( coffee, breakfast, golf, shopping and Horse racing) Host was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay there again!

This space is our first home. We completely redid the space from its original state so each room offers a comfortable and intentional design. The home is so well located in the heart of Saratoga where you may walk to town, SPAC, the Amtrak station and more.
