Welcome to the Bluebird Bungalow located in the heart of beautiful Bella Vista. Our home is conveniently located near Lake Windsor, the Tunnel Vision & Landline trail heads, the newly renovated Bella Vista Recreation Center, Kingsdale swimming pool, tennis courts, mini golf, playground, & so much more!

A spacious, yet cozy townhouse nestled in the heart of beautiful Bella Vista. With seasonal views of lake Windsor, only 0.2 miles to mountain bike trail access, and a short 3 minute drive to the BV Recreation Center with an outdoor pool, mini golf, tennis courts, and a fitness facility, the Bluebird Bungalow has something for everyone!

Our 1,800 sqft will sleep up to 9 guests. All three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, dining room, sunroom, and the main living room are all located on the upper level. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom number two has a queen size bed, and bedroom number three has a twin daybed with a twin trundle.

To access the basement game room/second living room, simply pass through the sunroom, and take the stairs down. Don’t forget to stop and feed the birds in the sunroom! You’ll love relaxing on the sofa watching all types of native birds fly up to the window feeder.

The basement is by far one of the neatest spaces in the home. Just outside the basement door is the propane grill, a charming wooden bench swing, a bike rack, and bike wash station. Inside you’ll find a full size sleeper sofa, mini fridge, foosball table, and plenty of board games to entertain everyone. (*Note: the basement is exterior access only.)
