Welcome to your perfect Catskills getaway! Nestled on a sprawling 5-acre lot, this serene home offers breathtaking mountain and forest views, just minutes from year-round outdoor activities. Located less than 8 minutes from skiing and only a short drive to fishing, swimming, hiking, shopping, and dining, this house promises both adventure and relaxation. Outdoor Features: Step onto the expansive wrap-around deck to enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Whether you’re watching wildlife, grilling dinner, or simply reading a book while listening to the tranquil sounds of the nearby mountain creek, this outdoor space is ideal for unwinding. The deck is fully furnished with a large umbrella, two dining tables, chairs, and benches, perfect for gatherings. At night, cozy up by the fire pit in Adirondack chairs, with plenty of firewood provided for your enjoyment. The Space: This private three-bedroom, two-bathroom home comfortably accommodates your entire group. From the peaceful sound of the creek, which can be heard from both the deck and the second-floor bedroom, to the high-speed Wi-Fi (over 282 mbps) that covers the entire property, every detail is designed to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The home features thermostats in every room, and a wood-burning stove/fireplace with complimentary firewood to keep you warm on cooler days. For warmer months, window air conditioning units in the upstairs bedrooms and living room keep the space cool, though the large tree shading the house naturally maintains a pleasant temperature. Bedrooms: • First floor: One queen bed with fresh linens and blankets. • Second floor: Two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the other with three twin beds. One of the rooms also includes a computer desk and office chair for privacy and remote work. Bathrooms: • First floor: Full bathroom with a shower, stocked with essentials like towels, soap, and shampoo. • Second floor: Luxurious full bathroom featuring a soaking tub and separate shower, complete with all necessary toiletries. Living Room: The cozy living room is perfect for entertainment or relaxation, featuring a Roku TV, 5-speaker stereo system, and a selection of board games. For colder days, relax by the wood-burning stove or enjoy indoor activities like electronic darts. A newly updated washer and dryer are available for your convenience, along with complimentary laundry detergent. Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meal preparation, including a large 4-burner stove with griddle, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee maker with espresso, cappuccino, and iced coffee options. Parking: Parking is available for two cars beside the house, with additional parking below the house just a short 50-70 foot walk away. Host was very responsive, property as advertised. The hot tub was great, and we liked exploring the property. The area is pretty deserted at this time of year; at all meals we ate out we were the only ones in the restaurants and we barely saw anyone else hiking or fishing but for a quiet getaway it was perfect.

Fantastic & Comfy House

We did a little skiing with a family of 5, and we were more than comfortable inside. And the outdoor living space is probably even a better feature for this property during the warmer seasons, but the hot tub in the winter was more than enough for my needs after skiing. The host was awesome, great communication, and the location is nice and close to Belleayre. The house is a little off the main road, so 4 wheel is a priority for the snowy season, something to consider. If you prefer some privacy, this place is perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Family of 4 ski trip

The trip was great! Everything we needed was there including a blow dryer! Coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher which was a huge plus! Oh and a washer and dryer. The place was a little difficult to get to because the road was not plowed and it was very icy, the temperatures were in the 20’s. Hot tub was clean and super close to the house so we lives that. Would definitely recommend!

Mountain Escape

Idyllic week away and unplugged. Maria and Vitaly’s place is secluded and tranquil. Home is balanced and comfortable. The natural surroundings are blissful. Keep in mind you are surrounded by nature. During my stay viewed a black bear (twice), deers, a family of woodchucks, raccoons a ton of different birds including hummingbirds a whole lotta insects and butterflies. Maria was very responsive! Would definitely love to visit again!

Amazing little house!

We had a great stay here. It was a bit of a tight fit for 8 people (as the hosts let us know beforehand) but it was still a really nice stay. We had a lot of friends interested once they saw where we were going! 😁 The house had everything we needed- comfortable beds, stocked kitchen and gorgeous fire pit, deck and hot tub! The hosts answered all of our many questions quickly. A highlight was going to nearby Belleayre beach- recommended by our hosts! It’s a stunning little lake surrounded by a mountain with a nice bathrooms, shade under trees and a snack bar! We got food at the nearby, trendy Phoenicia Diner twice and cooked as well. It is definitely a bit remote, but that’s what we wanted so we could stargaze!! We turned off all the lights and had a beautiful view of the sky. Thanks again Maria and Vitaly!!

We are a couple, that loves dogs, cooking, travel and beer. New hosts, but experienced guests, we've been on both sides of the isle, and that experience helps us to make sure, that everything in the house has you, our guest, in mind.
Oh, and did we mention that we run a craft beer store in Brooklyn with our dog? And while we're running the store, he runs our lives :)

Nature, air, privacy. Close to skiing, hiking, restaurants, shopping, reservoirs, lakes and other seasonal attractions. Easy to get to, only 2 hours from NYC.

The amount of love we put in it. Its natural beauty will bring out desire to create, dream and imagine. It could be a writer paradise or a poetic hill. If Lev Tolstoy lived here, the "War and Peace" would be much thicker and his beard would be so long, that he'd be mistaken for Santa during Christmas.



Peaceful, private and clean, located in the woods and yet only minutes away from civilization, less than 8 minutes from the ski resort, minutes from world class fishing, amazing hiking trails.
