The unit was a spacious lay out and attractive. However, upon arrival late Saturday night A/C not working. So much sand on the floors we tried sweeping but no dust pan. So we vaccumed the entire unit, shook rugs and vaccumed them. The next morning no hot water for showers, only luke warm, ice maker quit work 4th day. Reported leak under bathroom sink. only had one towel for kitchen. No washing machine soap. The closet had toys and beach chairs, however the chairs were rusted and broken, unuseable, piles of sand in the closet with children's buckets. We had plumbers, maintenance people, A/c people in and out of the condo throughout our stay. We had no idea paper towels were not supplied as well as beach towels. We read a review that suggested beach towels were supplied, as we have been accustomed to in other condo units the past few years we stayed in. We flew in and ubered to our unit late night. We had no car so getting S&P, paper towels, aluminum foil, essentials was not convenient. This was our first experience with these essentials not provided. We did buy swiffer wet ones and scrubbed the floors. We would not stay here again. When we reported to the office that we had to clean up the sand and floors, then said we should have had them send housekeeping back in. It should have been cleaned in the first place. We didn't appreciate the traffic in and out. As I said the unit was nice too bad it hasn't been well cleaned and maintained. Not worth the price we paid!
