We were so happy because we celebrated the birthday of our boy there and it has a good location just we recommend renovate some areas inside but really we enjoyed a lot

Perfect for our family with 5 kids! We loved the hot tub and pool table. Also was nice to be close to the fun activities in town.

This whole house was a disappointment and included so many false advertisements. It feels like a flipped home with the poorest qualities used for everything. These are the issues we came across:-Advertised as a 3br in 2 story house. No 2nd story, 3rd bedroom is a disconnected shed in backyard. 3rd bedroom was cooled with a window AC unit that was blowing a moldy, wet gym sock smell making the room unusable.-Car parking said space for 2-3 cars. Only fits that amount if you move the outdoor amenities such as the fire pit and take up the entire backyard.-Guest bathroom did not properly latch or locked.-Floors were dirty. Floorboards had lots of open gaps and warping that you could feel if you walked around.-Master bathroom shower knob hot/cold was reversed. Wasn’t warned of this and took cold showers on the first night.-Master bedroom had curtains that did not fit the windows so lighting came thru bedroom and you cannot get a good night sleep -Towels looked very raggedy and some had visible stains. -Hot tub was dirty. When we turned on jets, it instantly got foamy.-Ants in the bathroom sink.-Front patio was shifted and warped. The front gate had to be kicked open to get in.-Trash (cup of noodles and a gatorade bottle) was found placed between a mattress and the wall.-One of the pans used to cook eggs smelled like rubber was melting off the pan due to its poor quality-Outdoor decorations were falling off the wall

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify several statements in this review for the benefit of future guests. Nowhere in our listing is this property advertised as a 3-bedroom, 2-story home. The accommodations, layout, and amenities are accurately described and pictured in the listing. Both bathrooms have functioning doors and locks, and both have hot running water. As we explained during your stay, the hot and cold settings on the master shower are simply reversed, and hot water was available. Regarding the towels, the very faint discoloration mentioned was consistent with chlorine exposure after indoor towels were used for the outdoor hot tub, despite separate white towels being provided specifically for hot tub use. The hot tub was also promptly serviced after the concern about foam was reported. The ants reported around the bathroom sink were immediately addressed. Upon inspection, an open sweet/candy-type toothpaste product was observed around the sink area, which appeared to be attracting them. The area was thoroughly cleaned and treated. We also want to address the claim that a cup of noodles and Gatorade bottle were found between the mattress and wall. We have photographs taken prior to check-in documenting that these items were not present before this stay. We take legitimate guest concerns seriously and responded promptly to the issues brought to our attention. While we respect that every guest may have different preferences and opinions about a property, we feel it is important to clarify factual statements that do not accurately reflect the listing or the condition of the home prior to this reservation.

not really what we expected

when we got to the property it was not really how it looked like in the pictures. the bathroom door doesnt lock but it was close to the mall and foods and restaurants which we enjoyed. we didn’t really mind how the house looked like since we would be out all day. overall it was decent.

N Flores- property in San Antonio

This property is located in a central zone of San Antonio which makes it easy to reach tourist sights and locations within minutes. The only downfall for me personally was the state of the house in forms of cleaning. Additionally, certain parts of the home looked like an unfinished remodeling job, for example some doors did not open or close correctly. If you book this place based on the hot tub, I recommend asking of it's state first because we couldn't get in due to its state.

Very spacious

Inside the home was very spacious however we did have a couple of hiccups. Instructions on how to get into the property and the back house to utilized the extra room was not given to us upon arrival. The parking was confusing just thankful the neighbors in the back did not complain. It was soiled towels underneath the sink. All in all this house served its purpose and we enjoyed ourselves for our six flags trip.

No Good

Starting off, confused on where to park. First night of arrival AC wasn’t working, luckily we were able to get it going ourselves after replacing batteries in thermostat the following day. I was hoping to get some kind of refund or a so sorry note from host, miserable night the first night. Don’t fall for the jacuzzi, is not as clean and also stains on the bedding sheets really, no good. Hopefully it was just our luck and people who decide to stay here won’t have to experience what we had too. No Good.

MISREPRESENTATION OF SPACE

I WAS SURPRISED TO SEE THAT IT WAS A VERY SMALL HOUSE WITH ONLY FOUR ROOMS AND TWO SMALL BATHROOMS. THE THIRD BEDROOM WAS LOCATED OUTSIDE IN THE BACKYARD. THERE IS NO GAME ROOM. IT IS A SMALL POOL TABLE IN THE LIVING ROOM. ONLY ONE TELEVISION WORKED AND THE INTERNET WAS DEPLORABLE. I COULDN'T FIND ANY WASH CLOTHES AND HAD TO GO OUT AND PURCHASE THEM. I CHOSE IT BECAUSE OF THE RATINGS, BUT IT IS TOTALLY DECEPTIVE. THERE WERE TWO SETS OF INSTRUCTIONS THAT WERE CONTRADICTORY. THE GARBAGE INSTRUCTIONS WEREN'T CLEAR. I ASSUMED IT HAD TO BE PLACED NEAR THE APARTMENT COMPLEX. THE MAIN HOUSE CONSISTS OF TWO BEDROOMS, A KITCHEN, AND LIVING ROOM. THERE IS NO WAY THIS SHOULD BE LISTED AS A PLACE FOR LARGE GROUPS. I HAD TO PUT MY GRANDSONS IN THE BACK YARD. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

Once we arrived, we tried to follow the instructions sent via Vrbo for unlocking the house, lock boxes, and parking gate. I ended up calling the property owner, who mentioned the property hasn't been rented or the information updated in a while. The codes sent were incorrect. The wifi network that was sent, was incorrect. The house did not look as nice as the images posted; holes in walls, cracked floorboards, earwings in the bathroom, the doors were uneven when closing, the front door was so lose, the front gate was uneaven and had to be manipulated to close to protect our infant ans toddler, one of the front patio fence pillars was broken and became unplaced when our toddler was playing. We were so excited for the back yard; unfortunately the hot tub was green, there was a cheap (broken) sign about not sitting on the hot tub cover posted on 2 different color fake vines, the bag game was very cheap plastic, the overall space barely fit our truck and a small suv (idk how my husband even pulled it in and out of the tight space and slender driveway up from the road). He had to park it on the street for me when Ineeded to drive it later because there was no way I could've gottenit put safely. The only clock was on the microwave, and it was incorrect. The beds were SO hard and the rooms were so bright at night, all blinds were broken.Overall, the house looked like it was bought quickly to flip and rent. I hate to put the property on blast, but it was not what we were expecting.

We ask at checkin that any concerns be communicated immediately so that it can be taken care of. It is very apparent that these are false misrepresentations. All Concerns were addressed. Guest NEVER responded. Cameras were turned off and that is the Reason the internet wasn’t working. Internet information provided was the same information on the property guest book And what was provided on their Welcome message. It is evident by our 5star reviews that our property is meeting the needs of our guest.
