The room is cute and very clean. The toys are amazing for use. Everything you could desire from chairs and coolers to sand rakes and umbrellas. Also a wagon! I thought I would have been able to see the ocean but it is a block away. The access is easy but you have to walk around the block and through a resort. It is very comfortable.

Outstanding place a short walk to beach. Had everything you needed beach cart coolers and chairs. Kitchen stocked with the best pans and dishes. Bed was cozy to perfection. Kindest owners communicated so promptly and helpful. I think this is the most modern and cleanest beach place I have ever stayed at and affordable. Looking to book next summer. So many choices to stay with this owner. Thank you for everything

Loved our recent stay! From the second we walked in the door, the decor was so nice and it was immaculate. It reminded us of the last house we rented that was destroyed by Hurricane Milton. Although this is not beachfront, it is just a short walk and you are there. We loved the convenience of the outdoor showers, laundry, bikes, kayaks, coolers, umbrellas, beach chairs and beach wagon. Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful location

Very nice property, clean and well appointed. Very convenient access to Stump Pass park which is the highlight of the area. Also convenient to great food and entertainment.

Perfect location and walk to the beach!

We loved Stump Pass Place! Beautifully decorated and everything we needed for a perfect week on the beach was provided. We will definitely be back to this relaxed beach community and rental!

Nice place & great communication.

Super clean, cozy place with nice outdoor space for each unit in the buliding. Owners were fantastic at communicating starting well before my arrival. Met owners and they were super kind and friendly. Would rent again.

So glad you had a great time Greg. It was unfortunate you had trouble checking in and so unnecessary. You were sent the keyless entry code and instructions 3 days prior to arrival. You were sent this again directly in VRBO the day before arrival. You did not respond to that message, text, phone calls, or any emails. You had everything you needed to check in smoothly but never looked for it until you arrived at 9 pm that evening. You reached out at that time and received the information for the 4th time within minutes. It's always best when traveling to a home rental to have the check in instructions in hand before leaving home. This would certainly make the check in process seamless at any location. Thanks for staying with us and we hope to have you back again soon.

Awesome

This was a great place to stay. Not right on the beach but only a 2minute walk. Everything we wanted to do was provided with our housing package: biking, paddle board, snorkel gear, kayaking, lawn chairs, cooler & beach towels!! Awesome vacation!

The pool is a private pool only for the guests that book that suite 7 or 8. A bit misleading on line. The host also asks you to wash your towels but there is not a washer and drying in the unit. Lots of great lights outside for. security but it makes it hard to sleep at night. Unit is decorated nicely, everything we needed for our stay. Beach supplies , wagon, umbrellas, etc. very very nice!

Thanks for the 5 stars Roberta! Sorry you didn't read the description of the listing prior to booking. It informs all potential guest that "our community pool is located just ten minutes from the house inside the Ann & Chuck Dever Regional park. For a pool on site, see our VRBO listing 2115647, 2117585 and 2116971" There's also a laundry room with brand new machines right next to your suite that's free. We provide guests with free laundry detergent and only ask that you wash (only the towels you use all week) and we specifically say not any towels used the morning of departure. So glad you found your suite is nicely decorated and had everything you needed for your stay like beach supplies , wagon, umbrellas and more! It was a pleasure hosting you, be well, and thanks for staying with us!

FREE Beach Supplies

We loved our stay! The property was clean and quiet. We enjoyed using the free bikes, kayaks and paddle boards. Having the beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, coolers and towel was amazing! We will definitely return.

Stump Pass

Great short escape from winter. Perfect place for us. Close to beach and Stump Pass park. Used the bikes and the kayaks. Wish could have stayed longer.

We loved it! Having access to the kayaks, SUPs, beach chairs, umbrellas, cart, and bikes made for such an entertaining and easy beach vacay. Thank you for having beach towels too! Beautiful part of Florida and we truly can't wait to visit again :)
