Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed here for many years and always come back. The location and balcony on the creek are fantastic! It's an older property so some things are dates. For the money though it's a great choice

Points forts : Arrivée, communication, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce.
The worst thing about the property was the parking garage. Both nights it was full and very inconvenient loading and unloading the car. Very hard to navigate with a large suv. The condo was clean but dated. There weren’t many utensils or kitchen items. Having laundry room was nice. Elevators took a long time. Beds were very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t stay here again. It was convenient to Elkmont campground which was the main thing for us.

Family Needed Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Liked the fact we were just out of the hustle of the busy street. Couple of nights we saw bears (we were at safe distance ) some were not (not smart). Housekeeping needed to leave a few extra rolls of TP & garbage bags. The pull out sofa wish the mattress was thicker (closed it back up and slept on couch). Know its not something that is checked often to see if it needs to be replaced. Had a great time and would use stay there again. Thank you for everything. Had one negative was when the people below us had to smoke, had to go inside cuz it gives me a migraine. Know it was outside but still people should think the smoke goes up.

A great place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love to stay at PP when we go to Gatlinburg. We had an issue however during our recent stay wherein we had very little warm water from our shower. Still, although we didn't bring that to the staff's attention, we continued to have a great time.We will certainly return to PPCs in the future.

September wedding stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came to Gatlinburg for my son’s wedding in the mountains. This was a perfect location for some of us to stay while in town. I liked that it was on the edge of the strip, yet very walkable. We were on the third floor right above the river. The sound of the swift flowing river was a great and soothing sound. The unit was well furnished and very clean. The bedding could use a little updating, but overall fine. The office staff were very nice and polite. Access was very easy. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I do not enjoy spending more than a couple of nights in a motel. Here you have space and everything to feel somewhat like home. We have stayed at Park Place a few times now and the main reason is the location. You can walk to just about anywhere downtown. We also like to go to Knoxville and Pidgeon Forge and getting out of Gatlinburg from this property is pretty easy. Another experience that we enjoy is the gas fireplace and the sounds of the rushing water from the river. At every stay, the staff have always been very accommodating.

AO Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our stay staff when booking and while there were excellent! The only thing we noticed is the mattresses especially in the front bedroom where caved in and not too comfortable. The master wasn’t as bad, but we have stayed in another unit on 3rd floor (recently) and the beds were very comfortable. Think it was 306.
