New Construction
Right off the main strip, our town home is a quick walk to the main attractions of downtown Gatlinburg.


Located off of Traffic Light 6 on Baskins Creek Rd. Approx a 7 to 10 minute walk from the front door to the main strip, that is what truly makes this location so special! This spacious town home features 3 bedrooms (1 king & 2 queen beds) and 3 full bathrooms with additional sleeping on queen size sleeper sofa. There is an open deck and covered balcony. Located just off the main strip within walking distance (about 1/3 mile) and minutes walk to the pool and a trolley stop.


The kitchen appliances are all full sized and include a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave & coffeemaker. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience as well. Wireless internet is provided! Access code located in master bedroom on the device.


Being right in the heart of it all, you are a quick drive to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. This world renowned park offers: Scenic Drives, Waterfalls, Wildlife Nature Hiking, Picnicking and Horseback Riding to name a few.


More attractions to enjoy within minutes of our town home:
- Pigeon Forge with go carts, water park and an assortment of amusement park rides and arcades!
- Ripley's Museum (a short walk from town home)
- The Cherokee Casino
- Golf: Gatlinburg Country Club, Eagles Landing, Bent Creek and several more.
- Dollywood
- Biltmore Estate
- Whitewater Rafting
- Skiing/Snowboarding.


If you are like my family we love to eat out when we are on vacation. Here is a list of our favorite places to enjoy time away with the family and friends.

This location to close to downtown Gatlinburg. The check in process was very easy and the property was clean. The owner was easily accessible and was quick to respond with any questions we had. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

The property was great. We walked to down town, which was great because we didn’t have to find or pay for parking. The townhouse was decorated beautifully. Beds and furniture was comfortable. Kitchen was stocked. Would definitely stay her again. Loved it!!

We enjoyed our stay. “New Build” is a bit misleading because it is not a new build. The drain stop in the master bedroom bath was broken on arrival but they came to fix it early the next morning. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay there again. The location is great being within walking distance to numerous restaurants and activities.
