Super clean and updated condo. Kitchen is quite small which meant small pots/pans/kitchenware and limited storage space, but functional enough for our family of 3. Sound also carries which would often wake our toddler. But overall it's a great unit in a great location, with lovely bay views and easy access to the beach.

It was confusing with the check-in , the email had the wrong information. I contacted the property management and then they sent me the correct info. The condo was updated but very small and the beds in the 2nd bedroom were on wheels and moved. They also were very hard. The location was great and the view was very nice. I left some items in the dryer and the same day I reached out twice to see if I could retrieve them and no one responded

Codes for checking were text one month prior to arrive door codes are customized for each guest on a time constrate for security for all guest. The codes were again text upon request for easy access. Welcome email will be sent by VRBO 3 days prior to arrival with parking passes and all information for guest stay. Unit 515 has been renovated and is the nicest unit in the Makai.

We enjoyed our stay, and the place was as described. Our only complaint was that some of the furniture was in sub-par condition when we arrived. There were stools in the living room and chairs in the kitchen that were loose and wobbly. The door handle to one of the bedrooms kept coming off, and there was a broken coffee mug. One of the wobbly chairs in the kitchen broke from regular sitting and we were charged 200 for a new pair which felt unfair. Aside from all of that, the place overall was nice, the location was good and we enjoyed our trip.

Overall great experience. Few minor concerns. Guest room door handle was broken and off door when we arrived. Kept falling off when used. Informed host and communication was good but made it tricky for guests who stayed in that room. One other odd note is none the dishwear in the unit appears to be Microwave safe, which seemed a bit odd. But overall good unit, good building. Great location and parking was easy and accessible. Great view from the balcony of the bay! Would recommend to anyone looking for place in OCMD!

This was a perfect getaway for a week with my husband. Very close to all of the restaurants and shops. Short drive to the boardwalk too. We were literally right across the street from the beach. The balcony was our favorite, the view was perfect and we spent every night sitting out there soaking it all in.

Very nice condo in a great location--super convenient since we were in town for an event at the convention center. The building has nice amenities, sauna, pool and fitness center. Would absolutely stay again.

Short family getaway

We had a great getaway for a long weekend. The condo was just what we needed. The location was great. It was just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the boardwalk. Our entire family enjoyed our stay.

The Makai is located in Mid Town O.C. in the low rise district. The beach is not crowded and Jolly Rodgers Amusement Park is 2 minutes by drive for the kids. The convention center is directly beside the Makai literally walk across 42nd your there. The Makai is 1 block from beach ,shopping,dinning and nightlife.Our balcony provides a great view of Secrets fire works on Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor day. Lets not forget the 15 championship Golf Courses located 5-10 mile from the Makai.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This unit has been freshly painted tile flooring through out and is considered one of the top 4 most desirable units in the Makai.This unit is extra luxurious you won't be disappointed. The unit is located on the north side of the building staying extra cool on those hot summer days. There is a brand new hotel located next door with a direct view of the pool directly under balcony absolutely gorgeous ! The newly renovated 45th shopping center is a short walk offering new stores and dinning. Secrets is also a short walk offering the best entertainment ,food and nightlife on the EAST COAST!
