Nicely renovated, close to beach!

Condo is exactly as shown in pictures, interior is completely renovated and a really nice space. Was only about a 5 min drive to beach access 12 which was great! Doris is one of the best and most responsive hosts we’ve ever had. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Pluses and minuses

In pulling up to the complex, its not very appealing. The buildings are in need of repair, refresh, and updating along with the large pot hole near the entrance/exit. I realize this isn't the unit owners responsibility but it needs to be said.Once I found the building and unit (numbers for this are not easily visible), the inside was clean and updated albeit older.There are uneven, spongy spots on the floor and the kitchen wasn't as stocked as other rentals I've been at, the sofa was a bit saggy but the bed was great.The HVAC was easily controlled. I loved having the washer/dryer but missed a dishwasher. The screened in deck allowed for leaving the slider open on nice days without the worry of bugs.The bathroom was updated and includes a hand held shower spray which is my preferred. Just be careful of the hanging metal basket above the toilet. It had to come down after banging my head against it..its a bit too big.It was clean inside ( the crew was leaving just as I pulled in). Theres a Publix across the street as well as a nice breakfast place.

This property was exactly as ad said. It was quiet, ckean and comfortable... Doris was a complete delight.. very friendly and punctual...We will go back

Great stay Great price

First, thank you Doris for your fantastic communication during a very stressful time for our family. Second, The home you provided my husband and I while we cleaned our condo on the key was perfect. Great location, clean and affordable. Lastly, I highly recommend this property or any others that Doris has to offer. She is a pleasure to work with.

Modern DĂ©cor and Perfectly Clean

Doris was very quick to respond to messages and was able to accommodate a very last minute booking. We were impressed with her service and the apartment was very nicely set up. Everything was brand new and super clean. The balcony was a big plus! We were blessed to be the first ones to stay here and will definitely book with her again!

I often go for a morning walk to Siesta and I am always grateful to live in this beautiful city.
I studied hospitality and I love (almost) every part of it! I work with wonderful people, cleaners who love cleanliness, handymen who come as soon as I call them if something needs to be fixed. I am very proud of my team, great people. We work every day to ensure that our guests have a wonderful vacation
