Profitez du climat de Floride avec des journées de détente sur la plage, au bord de la piscine ou en regardant le coucher du soleil depuis le grand balcon avec un verre de vin.

Unité lumineuse et confortable, unité entièrement équipée. Deux chambres avec matelas tout neuf de haute qualité, lit queen dans la chambre principale et deux lits jumeaux XL dans la deuxième chambre.

Télévision par câble avec plus de 100 chaînes et chaîne HBO, WiFi haut débit (75 Mbits), laveuse et sécheuse.

Depuis que les photos ont été prises, l’appareil a été mis à jour avec un nouveau téléviseur intelligent HD de 60 pouces dans le salon et un téléviseur intelligent de 4 pouces UHD 4K dans la chambre principale. En outre, le canapé a été transformé en canapé-lit king-size design avec un matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme pouvant accueillir confortablement 2 adultes.

Le complexe dispose d'une piscine privée avec une belle piscine et transats. Passerelle vers la plage (à moins de 15 mètres), parking privé + parking pour 10 visiteurs et ascenseur.

L'unité sera entièrement équipée avec des serviettes, draps, serviettes de plage et chaises de plage, des équipements supplémentaires disponibles sur demande.

Les enregistrements anticipés et les départs tardifs sont disponibles sur demande (selon l'horaire choisi) moyennant des frais supplémentaires.

the condo is exactly as described. it’s an older building with all the updates in the unit. great views on the balcony with plenty of space to enjoy. excellent access to an awesome beach. the pool is a wonderful alternate to the beach. it was clean and nice. very close to restaurants, grocery, shopping. we loved the vibe in Jax beach! thank you for the time in this lovely space!!

The condo was nice and convenient to the beach . Everything you needed was provided , management was easy to work with . Only con was no ice maker and door handle was off on the refrigerator. Other than that was great . We enjoyed our time

We have an icemaker, it was simply unhooked somehow. Next time please let us assist you. The fridge does not have a handle, simply a grip spot on side of door.

Cute condo, steps from the beach, nice pool, over all everything was as pictured with the exception that you could not see the air show at all from the balcony. Would stay again.

Vacay with a view

We enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper so much! Beautiful ocean views, easy access to the beach/water, and easy access to main roads for travel around town. The property was as described in the listing and our family was very comfortable for our stay.

Perfect location

The views from the balcony were good as well as being steps away from the beach. Communication with property management was great. The place can use some TLC as well as a remodel. We enjoyed Jax Beach!

Guests were rude and left the place very dirty. I would not rent to them ever again after how they left our condo. The condo is as pictured. The outside of the building was just remodeled. Avoid this guests as they won’t leave your property as they found it. Destructive

My guest and I enjoyed our weekend at the Sandpiper. It was a really nice experience, quite clean we enjoyed the beach and the surrounding area. The only down part was the persons that were supposed to be renting that place next or so they said, showed up at the door and wanted to come inside to see what the place looks like, we didn’t let them in of course, and continued our weekend. I had a really great time.

Short wedding weekend

Property was nice and clean. Bathroom needs an overhaul but we could tell some improvements have been made. Our first time staying in Jax Beach and it was nice. No sheets for fold out couch.

Super Hostess!

The unit is in a most impressive location next to the beach - comfortable, has everything you need for a lovely vacation. We like to cook so the kitchen was well stocked, but those views were amazing. Literally two minutes to the sea. The best part however was Kelecia our hostess. She was really communicative and fun, and truly made our trip. I'd recommend any of Opulent's properties - we had a lovely time and it's a lovely spot!

Old Florida Vibe

The location was great, we could walk to so many things. The beach is really nice and just right out the door. Pool is very small but we didn't need it at this time although the area was nice. Our unit had been mostly updated and was comfortable for the two of us. My only negative is there were plastic mattress coverings on the bed that made them hot to sleep on even though the mattress was comfortable. Overall I would go back again.

Perfect getaway!

Amazing! We walked right out the elevator and onto the beach. Stepped out onto our balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. Clean, plenty of room everything we needed to do any type of cooking we wanted. Our hosts were the best I cannot say enough about them. It was such a great location. Cumberland Island, Saint Augustine, Amelia Island, downtown Jacksonville all these places are close by. Our hosts had a closet filled with items for the beach. All linens towels were there for us. It was beyond our expectations. My granddaughter and her friend came to visit us for a few days and they had a blast. Shops and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful all the neighbors were wonderful. I can’t remember recommend it enough. We are going back next year.

Not happy with the accommodations

The toilet seat was loose and the cover broken although that was fixed after we reported it. The refrigerator door handle was missing. The cipher lock on the door has a touch screen and you can't see the buttons until you start the process. When you click a button, the traffic noise usually drowns out the feedback. Bottom line, you need to put a cipher lock on the door with real buttons that can be seen. All the other units seemed to have real buttons.

The guests were irate and out of hand. We almost had to ask them to leave. We understand technology is hard but when we try to help you there is no reason for disrespect. Prior to your arrival seat was not broken. Again things happen instead of blaming others just ask for help. It’s very simple things like a digital lock in 2025 that you’ll just have to learn to adjust to. We wish you well. There is nothing wrong with the fridge door you do not need a handle for this fridge. It’s also not a busy street. Some people you simply can’t please or help learn technology:)

It provides everything you would need for a great vacation, and is perfectly situated within walking distance of several restaurants and bars. Enjoy all the amedities that Jacksonville Beach has to offer. Although it's centrally located, the condo is situated in a very quiet area.

You cannot get any closer to the beach. Its litterally 20 feet from the building to the beach walkway. There are amazing views from the living room, balcony and master bedroom.
Designated parking + 10 guest parking spots. Only 24 units in the whole complex.
