Great location. The house was big enough for our family and friends. We had a great time in the yard, grilling, swimming, and even while the one afternoon it rained; the huge game room was entertaining. One recommendation would be to provide throw blankets for “movie” night on the comfy couch. Great stay, thank you.

House is good it's got like "rental" type damage (wall scuffs, upstairs bathroom wouldn't close completely, an air vent was left ajar I assume when it was changed before we arrived) but that's to be expected with a literal rental. The hotel pillows bed sets are kind of underwhelming; but hey everything else was excellent my family enjoyed the trip.

Great house. Tons of room. The bedrooms were large, the beds were super comfy. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The lake access was great. The pool was really nice w a sun shelf and lake facing barstools. We rented a boat for one afternoon from Wave Chasers. The staff there were super nice and accomodating. We also spent a half a day at the Slab w a cooler and some chairs. What a cool place and amazing its still fso non commercial. Interactions we had w the Horseshoe Bay rental staff were excellent and quickly responsive both by phone and text.In summary, this house felt like we had borrowed a friend's home . And even though it was at the upper end of our budget , it felt like a great value. We would stay here again.

The property was well kept. The grounds and the pool where excellent for the family and kids. It was very spacious and accommodated the family very well. The play room was a plus in that it had a pool table and ping pong table which the kids enjoyed. I would definitely consider rebooking.
