We were in Annapolis for a wedding at the USNA and stayed in this precious home. It was perfect for our 4 day visit. So conveniently located to shopping and restaurants and the USNA. Having the parking garage so close was a definite plus. The house was so well appointed - anything you could possibly need was provided. Great kitchen, bathrooms, comfortable beds and everything was so clean and fresh. Highly recommend this gem!!!!

Annapolis retreat

I was looking for a place to get away and do some annual planning for my small business. It was the perfect cozy location to have a solo retreat. It’s an easy walk to downtown Annapolis, the parking garage is right around the corner (and cheaper than most Annapolis garages) and the home is meticulous. If you’re visiting Annapolis, I highly recommend booking this home!

Cutest, cleanest house in Annapolis!

Our weekend getaway to Annapolis was made perfect by Sarah and her beautiful home. The house was absolutely spotless and extremely well-appointed. Our baby slept incredibly well in the provided pack and play. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Easy walk to water and shops and restaurants. Had a great date night at Leo. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful home in the heart of Annapolis!

We absolutely adored this house in the heart of Annapolis! The decor was stylish and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The bedrooms were incredibly spacious - we had plenty of room to spread out. But what really made our stay special was the location. We were within walking distance to all the best spots in Annapolis. Our host, Sarah, was fantastic. Her communication was top-notch from start to finish. She made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We can't recommend this house enough. It's the perfect place to stay when visiting Annapolis. We'd definitely book again!

A Perfect Stay in Historic Annapolis

If I could give this home 100 stars, I absolutely would! Our stay exceeded every expectation during the Annapolis Boat Show. My husband, his sister, her husband, and I all stayed together, and the experience was nothing short of delightful. From the start, communication with Sarah, the host, was outstanding. She responded quickly, was incredibly polite, and went out of her way to accommodate our early check-in request. The home itself was spotless and exactly as described. The king-size beds in both bedrooms were a real luxury for four adults. We loved the spacious layout, the beautiful outdoor areas, and the peaceful front porch, which was perfect for a quiet glass of wine in the afternoon. Despite being so close to everything, the area had little traffic and felt wonderfully serene. The location was ideal — just a 10-minute walk to the boat show. We can't wait to book this home for all of our future visits to Annapolis!
