Step into 5537 Green Dolphin Way, a two-bedroom, two-bath Turtle Cove Villa, and relax into its serene atmosphere or venture out into the heartbeat of Kiawah's abundant offerings. Nestled amidst Night Heron Park, East Beach Village, and the Sanctuary Hotel, this is the ideal locale to experience a beach retreat.
While the neighborhood offers tranquility, a mere five-minute walk or bike ride leads to the beach at Boardwalk 28, and the Turtle Point golf Course and Clubhouse â a gateway to some of the islandâs favorite activities.
As you cross the threshold of this first-floor villa, a lovely space unfolds, overlooking a lagoon where serenity finds its home. The interior is luminous, adorned with clean lines, resplendent hardwood floors, and an embrace of cooling coastal design.
In the living room, natural light cascades through double sets of sliding glass doors, opening a portal to the screened porchâwhere the outdoors becomes an integral part of your indoor life. A conveniently located bar, complete with an Insignia wine cooler, stands ready to host moments of laughter and connection.
The kitchen boasts stainless steel Samsung appliances, a GE Profile refrigerator, granite counters, and a tile backsplash all connecting seamlessly with the living room. The adjacent dining room unveils views of the lush environment and the lagoon, with a door leading to the screened porch â an invitation to dine amidst nature's embrace. As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses â including The Ocean Course â the location of the 2012 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access; Our Local Property Management team is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy).
If you have the time take a short trip (35 Minutes) to Charleston America's most charming southern City. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots of history to explore.
