DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to Waters Edge 608. This beautiful beach condo faces the white-sand beaches of the emerald cost with amazing panoramic views. Okaloosa Island is one Florida's top beaches and for viewing dolphins or catching that perfect sunset, you cant get a better seat. You will enjoy your own private balcony, spacious kitchen, two bathrooms, private laundry machines.

The top-floor balcony features modern outdoor furniture and offers views overlooking the beach, pool, and courtyard. Adjoining the balcony is the main living space, complete with a convertible sleeper sofa and smart tv for a relaxing start or end to any day. Preparing your favorite meals and drinks is a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The master bedroom offers an upgraded king bed and smart tv for a perfect nights rest. All living areas and bedrooms share a private wifi connection.

The unit is showing a little wear and tear and needs a little refreshing. Doormats would be nice to help curb some of the sand tracking. The top floor was quiet and had fantastic views. Check in was easy and we had no issues while we were there. Overall a nice place to stay for a quick beach trip. The unit is a bit smaller and I couldn't imagine 6 people staying there.

The property itself was okay The unit was a little bit below my standards The toilet was loose there was no potholders for picking up hot pans out of the oven there was no cookie sheets or baking dishes other than two glass baking dishes The bedrooms were quite crampy most of the condo is in pretty good shape Great view
