The Palms of Destin est l'une des stations les plus récentes et les plus agréables de Destin. Construit en 2007, The Palms possÚde de superbes équipements. Il y a une piscine lagon à entrée nulle de 11 000 pieds carrés avec des cascades ... vraiment un paradis tropical!
Il y a aussi une petite piscine chauffée, un grand bain à remous, une piscine pour enfants avec une cascade de champignons et un pataugeoire. Beaucoup de palmiers et un gazebo couvert si vous avez besoin de sortir du soleil.
Il y a une salle d'exercice, des courts de tennis et de basket-ball, une aire de jeux pour enfants et un grand parking couvert. Notre condo au 7Úme étage a une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec du granit
comptoirs. Nous fournissons une cafetiĂšre, un grille-pain, un mixeur, des ustensiles et tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Le salon a un lit gigogne
canapé-lit, écran plat T. V., lecteur BLURAY / DVD et porte coulissante sur le balcon. La salle à manger a une table pour quatre personnes ainsi qu'un bar pour trois personnes. La chambre principale a un lit king size, un écran plat T. V. et une porte coulissante sur le balcon. La salle de bain principale a une combinaison baignoire / douche et des comptoirs en granit. La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit gigogne double (idéal pour les enfants), un écran plat T. V. et une salle de bain privée avec douche carrelée. Il y a aussi une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité. Depuis le balcon, vous avez une vue magnifique sur la ville, des couchers de soleil et une légÚre vue sur l'océan.

Le Palms est trĂšs bien situĂ© ... prĂšs de tout. Des tonnes de restaurants, de shopping et n'oubliez pas la plage. Il est Ă  quelques pas de la plage de Henderson, ou vous pouvez conduire et vous garer pour la journĂ©e pour 6 $. Le Palms propose une navette du 1er mars au 31 octobre pour la plage, ainsi que d'autres points chauds locaux. C'est gratuit pour les quĂȘtes enregistrĂ©es. Si vous prĂ©fĂ©rez conduire, il y a beaucoup de parking et la plage est trĂšs propre et peu frĂ©quentĂ©e. Il y a des tables de pique-nique couvertes, des barbecues et des toilettes.

Nous sommes désolés, mais il n'y a pas d'animaux ni de fumeurs autorisés.

The Palms of Destin est un endroit merveilleux pour des vacances en famille ou une escapade en couple. Nous savons que vous l'aimerez autant que nous!

Great place to stay

We loved our stay at rhe Palms of Destin. It is in a perfect location near the beach and shopping. The property has the most beautiful bistro right downstairs with the most amazing coffee. We are already planning our next trip

Great condo, wonderful pool!

The condo was really cute and the perfect size. The balcony direction allowed us to see the fireworks from our room. The pool was great! We ended up going to the Henderson state park beach and it BEAUTIFUL!! The owner was great and checked in to make sure we were settled. Overall it was a fantastic stay and a wonderful super clean condo.

Home away from home

Place felt like home away from home. It was clean and we had all the essentials to make the stay a pleasant experience. Amazing pool and place was close to everything. Our host was very responsive. Overall a great experience. Definitely recommend it.

Our family loved the condo. It has everything you need. The location is only a few minutes drive to Henderson state park beach. We spent a lot of time in the pool, it's huge. Highly recommended. Charlise the owner was extremely helpful! Try Merlin's pizza it was great!

Weekend at Destin

The Condo facilities are great and in good location. Owner allowed to use installations before and after time of check in/out. Also as time was available we get to use condo a few extra hours that we enjoyed a lot. Definitely will come back

Beautiful, clean, great condo!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Palms. The condo was gorgeous, decorated beautifully, clean, and the perfect size for our family. The view off of the balcony is gorgeous -- we could actually see a good chunk of the ocean! My son had so much fun at the pool, it is HUGE! The condo seemed to be so close to everything. Other than the traffic, everything was situated very close. We had a great stay!

Absolutely Amazing!!

Charlsie was the PERFECT host!! We booked her property last minute, and she took my phone call the evening that I booked to assure me we were good to go. Her condo has everything you need (coffee maker & Keurig, pots, pans, wine glasses, mugs, plenty of towels, beach chairs, pool floats, extra blankets, everything). The resort is amazing! Our boys loved the pool! We had dinner a couple of nights from the restaurant onsite. The food was delicious & very reasonably priced. Highly recommend renting this property!

Great property and and even better property manager. Property manager's communication was on point and the condo was perfect for what my family of 4 needed. If I had to find one negative it would be that we couldn't connect to the internet in the condo but I didn't care as I was on vacation and didnt need it in the first place. I will definitely come back!

A Wonderful Stay

Check-In Process was super easy. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Comfortable, clean, everything worked properly! Resort had friendly staff, great pool and bistro downstairs. We ate there several times throughout the trip and every time it was delicious. We made a trip to the coffee house almost every day, perfect start to the day. Palms of Destin has a shuttle that hopped us right over to the beach access. Public beach access was kind of small so get there early to get a good spot. Or you can rent some chairs/umbrella set up from the guys in front of The Back Porch Restaurant which is close by. We opted to do that the last day and it was well worth it. Would definitely come back to this unit to stay again!

‘Life begins here’

‘Life begins here’ is what my 7 year old said to me after seeing the huge pool :). The property was perfect to accommodate the family, the pool was the highlight of the trip for my 7 and 1 year old. The pool is great for young ones as they can start in the shallow, walk-in end. There is also a splash pad and a baby pool as well which my toddler loved. The beach is beautiful and within a quick driving distance (white sand and emerald waters), and the owner was a top-notch communicator. Very friendly and personable. If I had to do it over, I would definitely choose this condo and The Palms at Destin again. No regrets on this choice!

Fabulous unit and location!

Spacious condo perfect for accommodating a family of 4. Walking distance (or free shuttle) to the beach and close to tons of shopping and dining. Nice balcony, great resort pool area and playground. Well finished and functional. Hosts were great!

As far as the owner and property it was excellent,beautiful condo and great communication from owners. The online pictures made it seem a lil bigger than it was but compared to everything else no big deal. Our only issue was everytime we tried to eat out it was a 2-4 hour wait to eat. Even at fast food restaurants we waited an hour in line to eat. The beautiful restaurant at the condo itself wasn't open just the bar outside. Apparently this was an issue all across destin. Started asking why all the long waits and come to find out they can't get people to come back to work because they are getting paid more $ to sit at home and collect unemployment. Other than that we had a great time thanks Charlsie Roach.

Perfection

We had an amazing stay at the Palms of Destin. The unit was immaculate and the amenities far surpassed our expectations. We have a 2 and 4 year old and while we thought the 2 year old would be able to stay on the trundle bed in the 2nd bedroom, ( would have been too perfect,) we realized our 4 year old wakes up much earlier so we moved his pack and play into the bathroom attached to the 2nd bedroom. It has a vent and was so spacious he had plenty of room. The washer dryer is a huge plays when staying at the beach with constant swimsuit and towel changes. The master king bed was soooo comfortable...better than mine at home. Views and location were pristine. The kids begged to go to the pool over the beach everyday so we spent a ton of time at the pool. Great shady areas, not crowded at all, and the little bar and grill on site had wonderful food and was reasonably priced. Would DEFINITELY stay here again and have already recommended to friends and family with small kids who can’t handle super Long Beach days. We drove to the beach and it was also uncrowded and a 4 minute drive. Best post covid vacation we could have asked for. Thanks again for everything and all the recommendations Charlsie!!!

Our family went to Destin for the first time in June of 2011. We stayed at the Palms of Destin and fell in love! The pool area is so awesome, we never wanted to leave. We loved everything about Destin and the Palms. We found a Realtor and started working on purchasing a unit right away. We found our piece of paradise in unit 2704 in September, 2011. Our only complaint is we live too far away to come down as often as we would like, so we have chosen to rent our unit so others may enjoy it when we can't.
