Le Gateway Grand 503 est une unité latérale installée dans le bâtiment Oceanfront situé sur la 48ème rue. Bâtiment de luxe en bord de mer avec une grande piscine intérieure, une piscine extérieure, une salle d’entraînement, une grande terrasse et plus encore. Ce décorateur meublé 3BR, 3BA condo offrira tout le luxe pour des vacances fantastiques. Les tailles de lit comprennent un lit king, un lit queen, 2 ensembles de lits superposés (4 lits simples) et un canapé-lit queen. Invité fournit des draps et des serviettes. Gateway Grand nécessite une location minimum de 7 jours, les unités à louer du samedi au samedi en saison. Pas d'animaux, s'il vous plaît. Bâtiment non-fumeur, à l'exception des zones désignées. Unité latérale dans un immeuble au bord de l’océan. Des frais d’inscription et de stationnement non remboursables de 80 $ sont dus à l’arrivée à Gateway Grand. Nos propriétaires n'autorisent pas les locations de groupe aux personnes de moins de 25 ans.

Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay, close to activities, right on the beach. Unloading and loading was super easy with the connection to the parking garage. All the comforts of home, we didn't have to run out for any items. This place had it all- coffee maker, toaster, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishes, pots & pans, plenty of utensils, large washer/dryer units. The master bathroom was awesome, and the master bed was super comfy!

Beautiful property, great location!

Just returned from a great week of vacation from OCMD. We have been going as a family the week before labor day for over 20 years now. This property and unit is by far one of our favorites. I would recommend the Gateway to anyone. The view from the room is amazing for a side unit. You can see the ocean and the bay on the porch and the living room. Very well kept and spacious, We watched the fight Saturday night there and had our family of 5 and another family of 6 with plenty of room and seating. Well worth the money! Our family is looking to purchase a place by next season otherwise we would have booked this condo again already.

Beautiful property...just not clean

Overall our stay was amazing. Checking in was easy. A little disappointed that we weren’t allowed to use the pool until our unit was ready but got over it quickly. Location and views were great. Close to everything! This place could have been 5 stars all the way,however we did notice that the place although seemed clean upon check in was really only superficially clean. The refrigerator smelt like fish. We had to clean the entire fridge to get rid of the odor. There was a disgusting amount of dust on the walls, ceiling fans, vents and moldings. One of the bathrooms smelt like urine, the other bathroom had toothpaste residue in the sink and there appeared to be a vomit stain on one of the comforters. I did call the property manager and expressed my concern. The answer I got wasn’t acceptable(she told me that the cleaning crew wasn’t responsible to clean the moldings or fans, that they only did that once at the beginning of the season) totally unacceptable! As for the comforter they picked it up the next day but didn’t give us one in return! Again unacceptable. I did contact the owner of the property and suggested they consider getting a new cleaning crew. Again this could be a r star property. I hope they take my advice.

Annual family vacation

Bunk bed room was to small. Lack of luggage carts on check out day is annoying. Don't like that there is only one ramp on the opposite side of the building and absolutely HATE the no wheeled luggage policy. The main reason I selected your building is the proximity to the beach. I suggest that you allow guests to wheel their beach equipment through the lobby for a designated time each day(one hour in the am and one hour in the pm)
