We had a great stay! It is steps to the ocean. We loved the storage for all the beach gear we brought plus the great that was supplied. Great location and very quiet.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Outstanding beachfront property with all amenities as advertised. Wide open beach never crowded and independent restaurants and merchants nearby to enjoy. Will be back no doubt.

Everything was great the few things that we needed fix was handled or was worked on. Couldn’t pick a better location. I would book there again

Great quiet getaway

The least Hussle and bustle place we've ever visited in the area.Nicely remodeled room.We had a overall wonderful experience.The only drawback was that the whole week there were workers replacing the siding on the building so had hammers going all day, everyday.But if we choose to come back next year, it will be that much nicer.

Amazing Views

Highly recommend. Large rooms, amazing oceanfront deck. Only down side is the steps. Very strenuous carrying luggage & groceries, but the location and oceanfront deck made it all worthwhile. Also all the beach supplies you need. We had a great week and would definitely rent again.

Nice location. Beautiful beach.

We absolutely love Indian Rocks Beach. The location is great because the beach is empty and it’s away from the hustle & bustle of the restaurant area. The condo itself was really nice. The condo had everything we needed and was stocked with great beach stuff. My only complaint is that the townhouses have a family(s) that lives there year around so we kind of felt like we were on pins and needles not to make too much noise. It almost feels like you are being watched. We’ve been renting a beach house every year for the last 11 years and this was a first for us to almost feel uncomfortable. Also you have to use keys to access the beach which is okay until you have 5 people in your group and have to play who has a key game. I wish it was a keypad or something.

Since the property is part of a condo association, a few residents do live there year-round. While they help keep the community well-maintained, we certainly don’t want any guest to feel uncomfortable during their stay. Regarding beach access, we completely understand how juggling one key with a group can be tricky. There was an additional key available, and we're always happy to help with things like that—just reach out anytime during your stay, and we’ll do our best to make it easier for you.

IRB Condo

Needs to be cleaned on floors (very dirty when we arrived ). Vacuum cleaner did not work and there was black mold in the ice maker and water dispenser in the fridge. It besides that the view is amazing and the condo is very nice
