Another heavenly stay at Apollo

We have come to the Apollo at least 1-2 times a year for the last 7 years. It never disappoints. Location is perfect with many places walkable. The Sunset bar is amazing and a great asset. We are already planning our next trip down.

When we came onto the property, it was a little confusing because it was on the weekend and we did not have our keys yet. We wanted to see where the property was and check everything out and walk down to the beach to see how everything was arranged. We could not do that because we did not have keys, every door going into and out of the building has a door lock. The office attendant, Erin, was amazing! She explained everything and gave us some ideas of where to hang out for a couple of hours before we could get our room key. She suggested we contact the host and see if we could get in early. I did that, but we did not hear back from the host before our normal time to check in at 4 o’clock. When we came into our room, it was clean and very homie and comfortable. It was definitely big enough to fit four adults comfortably. There were many linens and everything we needed. Including beach supplies in a closet outside the room The bed slept so well. I am a very picky sleeper. I usually require a 3 inch mattress topper to even dream of sleeping through the night, but We did not even need it. The view and the XL balcony was amazing! The sunset was as pretty as we had seen in the advertising on line. I rented a private boat to take shelling while I was there and to be honest, we found more shells on the beach and around the jetty, in front of our condo than on all of the 10,000 islands that we went to! The one thing that was a negative at all was the actual metal key.

Always a great time on the island! This location is perfect! The condo is great for two people or small family. Great place to rest up after exploring the area or a beach day!

Nice Beachfront Condo

We enjoyed our stay. Condo is on top floor with nice balcony overlooking ocean. Conveniently located with nice bar/restaurant on site. Easy walk to beach. Had everything we needed. Only recommendation would be to get new tv in bedroom.

Top floor! Gorgeous view!

We had a wonderful anniversary vacation! The location was perfect. The view from the 10th floor is spectacular! Shells galore! Check in and out were easy. If we return to Marco Island, we’d choose this same unit. Thanks for the hospitality!

Perfect Place

We had a wonderful stay at the Apollo Condo! The location is perfect—at the end of the island on a beautiful beach. The condo is perfect for two people. The balcony is spacious and great for viewing sunsets.

Beachfront Wonderful Views

Secure Beachfront Condo, oceanfront. We had a great time here. Beautiful setting, easy check in. We loved the Sunset Grill right off the beach. Great food, drinks and service. The best view in Marco Island of the sunset. Would stay here again.

Great accommodations. View of the beach was awesome. Clean. Enjoyed our stay. Restaurant food was excellent. It would have been perfect if a beach umbrella had been provided.

Amazing location, Amazing view!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in Marco Island, FL, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The location was unbeatable, with everything conveniently close by, yet the area still felt peaceful and relaxing. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking view – waking up to the sight of the sparkling ocean and stunning sunsets was pure bliss.The accommodations were comfortable, and the hospitality made me feel right at home. Whether you're looking to unwind by the beach, explore the local attractions, or simply enjoy the beauty of the Gulf Coast, Marco Island is a perfect destination. I can’t wait to return!

Right on the ocean

The condo was clean and had all I needed. The only thing is the toilet makes a moaning noise when refilling after flushed, might want to check on that. But location and view was absolutely wonderful!

Apollo

This is a nice property overall. The condo was clean and cozy for the two of us. It was a bit dated but was a good value for the price. The kitchen was stocked decently enough, but we really only used the coffee cups and wine glasses (and opener). The view and beach are great, and the location is close to everything. It's nice having a restaurant/sports bar on site.

Clean condo but could use a little updating. Ceiling fans would be a big improvement. Has all your basic needs but not fancy. Was fine for me and my daughter short term stay.

Loud construction dangerous to guests

There was active construction from 8am to 5pm that entailed concrete grinding that had consistent noise levels above 80dB. The paint and dust generated covered our unit and consents. When we asked to move the rental company was accommodating and we are grateful to them. There were no other beach front units available that we desired for our trip. Again the rental company did the right thing and compensated us for not having a beach front unit. The units never should have been rented during construction and placing renters in a health hazard. We lost a day having to move.

Great views, terrible bed

My wife and daughter stayed for 6 nights. The first thing I noticed was the great view from the balcony. I also noticed that you could feel the sand on the floor when we arrived so I don't think that the vacuum that the cleaners use is that powerful. There were two coffee mugs and some very small coffee cups. One of the mugs had a crack in it so it was leaking and we threw it out as it wasn't useful to anyone. Now down to one large coffee mug for the rest of the week between 3 coffee consumers. The king bed was in terrible condition. I think it must have been two twins pushed together as there were distinctive sags and a big hump between the two sides. Another disappointment was there were no decent cutting knives, just some paring knives and no garlic press, and no baking trays. I thought the unit had its own laundry machines but they don't. There are commercial coin operated machines down the hall. It wasn't a problem but renters should be aware of this. (I may have missed it in the listing details.)

Clean & Great Views

The unit was very clean and well-furnished. It includes a nearly-full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave and pots & pans. The bed was comfortable and the HVAC worked well. The building staff were very helpful and the common areas were well-maintained. The fitness center has several treadmills, two bikes and a 3-station weight machine - enough for a decent vacation workout. I can't comment on the restaurant in the building because it was closed for renovations during my stay. This did seem to be one of the more populated condos: the beach area was had more people than other areas. Overall, a very nice place!
