Welcome to our beachfront condo in Marco Island. This is a NEW listing of mine as of January 25, 2026! Grab your dates while you can! This fantastic one-bedroom retreat features a king bed and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, perfect for extra guests (children). Wake to the sound of gentle waves and end your day with spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of USA without leaving your balcony.
This 1-bed, 1-bath beachfront condo delivers the ultimate Marco Island experience - where coastal comfort meets pure relaxation.
Step onto your private balcony and take in panoramic views and golden sunsets that paint the sky each evening. Whether youâre relaxing on the balcony or exploring the island, this is the perfect spot to slow down, unwind, and make memories by the sea. This area is walking distance to some of the best restaurants, mini-golf, and activities.

The living room features comfortable seating and a queen sleeper sofa, allowing the unit to accommodate two guests comfortably but potentially additional at your discretion. A full kitchen with appliances, dining space, and everything needed for cooking and entertaining makes it feel just like home.
Wake up in the private bedroom with a plush king-size bed. The bathroom includes a full tub/shower combination, fresh linens, and coastal finishes.
The highlight of this condo is the private beachfront balcony, perfect for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or sunset cocktails while you watch dolphins play in the surf and boats pass by.

I chose Marco Island, and this particular location, because it offers something rare - natural beauty, walkable beaches, and a sense of calm that immediately slows life down. The Sea Winds and Apollo locations sit right on the beach, close enough to the water that you can literally hear the waves, but still near restaurants, coffee, and everything that makes Marco special.
For me, Marco Island has always been a place to breathe, reset, and reconnect with family, with nature, and with yourself. I wanted to share that feeling with others by offering homes that feel comfortable, peaceful, and truly beachfront, not just ânearâ the beach.

What makes this property unique is its true beachfront setting combined with a peaceful, residential feel. Youâre not just near the beach, youâre on it, with unobstructed views, easy access to the sand, and the sound of the waves throughout the day. Sunsets happen right from the balcony. We never leave during this time because it is truly the best view! The building offers a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere than larger resorts, while still being close to great dining, coffee, and local favorites. We can walk to the JW anytime and not pay those prices!
Inside, the space is designed to feel comfortable and livable, not like a generic rental. Itâs a place where guests can settle in, slow down, and truly enjoy their time whether that means morning coffee with an ocean view, long walks on the beach, or watching the sunset from the balcony!
