Clean and cozy with everything we could need. From the balcony we had beautiful sunsets in the evening and we watched the dolphins with our morning coffee. The host, Antonia was very kind and helpful. We will definitely return!

Wonderful beach retreat!

St Regis is a real gem - wonderful facility. The pool was very nice and the 2 restaurants and coffee shop onsite were great. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with supplies. We loved that the deck had views of both the ocean and inter-coastal waterway which had some fabulous sunsets! Want to come back again!!

Dream Views: Beach & Wetlands--Beautifully Decorated Apartment

The property & apartment was perfect ! Beautifully clean and decorated, unbelievable 360 degree views of the ocean and the wetlands which included sunrise and sunsets, & a balcony to catch the breezes. Steps from the beach. Perfect amenities a restaurant and coffee/ice cream shop on premises. Owner was available for questions. Will stay here again on my next trip !

The condo had the space and everything we needed. Property owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had. Condo was very clean, great location, and great view of both the ocean and intercostal waterway. St. Regis had an onsite ice cream/coffee shop which was convenient.We had a great time visiting North Topsail Beach.

Another great experience using VRBO. The condo was perfect for the three of us. Access to the beach is super easy. Got to watch a whole slew of fireworks from the balcony. Antonia is a great host! The whole process from start to finish was easy and smooth. She is very responsive and gives you all the information you will need. The condo was clean and filled with everything you will need to make your stay easy! It is beautifully decorated, offers a quaint, beachy vibe with a lovely view of the ocean and the sound. Highly recommend anyone needing an affordable beach getaway. The amenities were a lovely perk too! Gym, 2 pools, beach access, game room, on site coffee shop (a must!) and a restaurant.

I enjoy being a host because my family and I absolutely love the quite of North Topsail Beach and the amazing views of the ocean and Intracoastal Waterway the condo offers, and I find joy when others get to enjoy it with their families as well.

What I enjoy most about North Topsail Beach is that it is quiet and family oriented. St. Regis Resort, where our condo is located, has several wonderful amenities including onsite eating options, an ice-cream shop, a coffee shop, resort style pool and a covered pool. Our neighbors are friendly, and because of the quiet nature of North Topsail and my condo, my family, friends, and are able to relax, sleep well, and enjoy nature while we're there.
