Best LOCATION in Tamarindo!! 150 meters to the beach, walking distance to all the amenities, entertainment, shopping, dining and the fun stuff Tamarindo has to offer.
This unit is Bocaraca #6 a 2 bedroom 2 full bathrooms. Located on the 2nd floor in the building across the pool. This complex offers elevator, community pool, security gate, Zen garden. This condo has an extended covered terrace off the living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining, AC units throughout, blackout curtains, TV, WiFi.
This condo is perfect for 2 couples of a small family of 4.
The location is great, walking distance to all Tamarindo has to offer. You don't even need to rent a car you can literally walk everywhere.
Unit is spacious, in a quiet complex in the middle of town.

Excellent location for this beautiful condo! The condo was well appointed. Fast wifi. Within short walking distance to everything, beach, dining and groceries Quiet and secure. Helen was helpful and easy to get in touch with for any questions we had. Giannina was an excellent host with fast and accurate information. We really enjoyed our month long stay and would definitely come here again,

Nice location

Our stay was a bit bumpy at first. Multiple people communicating on multiple platforms (email, whatsapp etc). The reservation was made with the condo owner, we then had a “concierge” or contact person then the property manager. The unit wasn’t cleaned on our arrival at 3:30pm. Quickly resolved by manager. Two people were brought in to clean the unit. Our king bed was made with queen sheets so it was a bit uncomfortable. Also bring your own shampoo & soaps as none were provided. Otherwise things went well. Easy walk around town. We did rent a golf cart & with underground parking it was safe.

The Hostess, Helen was very easy to contact with any questions The condo wonderful, spacious, huge bedrooms and a huge balcony. The pool and outside area was great.

Comfy condo in a great location

My family stayed here for a week and we really enjoyed it! The condo was cute and clean with all the amenities needed while away from home (kitchen basics, comfortable beds, and laundry). The air conditioner was very welcome as it was quite hot in April, though we wished it could cool a bit more. The shared gazebo and pool were so nice to hang out in! Overall the condo property was quiet, felt very safe, and is located a short walk from lots of shops, restaurants, and beach access. Highly recommend!

Amazing location!

The location was perfect - a quick walk to the beach, restaurants all around, and just around the corner from a grocery store. Another bonus was the underground (and covered) parking, though getting an SUV between those pylons took some work. The complex pool was pristine and never crowded. We had some trouble with the AC since you can't see what temperature you're setting it at, but the property manager/office staff were quick to respond and get the issue corrected. When we come back to Tamarindo, we plan to stay here again.

Best Location in Tamarindo

Wonderful, spacious, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo, so nicely decorated with great balcony. You cannot ask for a better location. Less than 5 minute walk to beach entrance and walking distance to everywhere in Tamarindo, yet private and quiet. Easily accomodates 2 couples or family of 4. Very comfortable for long stays.A welcome package explaining some of the appliances, air con, door lock, entry, safe, etc would be welcome and a couple of very basic pantry items like oil and sugar. The manager is readily available via WhatsApp

Extremely Happy

My husband and I were thrilled with the condo; it was clean and it had everything we needed. It would be suitable for two couples or a small family but we were happy to have the extra space for the two of us. The location is a bonus...we could walk to everything we needed and yet it was far enough away from the noise and traffic in Tamarindo. The pool area is lovely and quiet and we enjoyed relaxing in the Zen Garden. Our first experience with VRBO was excellent.

Excellent Location

The property is located in the center of Tamarindo within a short walking distance from the beach, bars, restaurants, shops, etc. The unit itself is very nice with a big patio on the second floor overlooking the pool area. The community is gated and felt very safe. I would highly recommend.

Great place, great location!

Joustine was wonderful in arranging everything for our stay. He even helped plan activities for my mother's birthday. The accommodations were clean, quiet and perfectly located near all the amenities including the beach. I'm looking forward to coming back!
