Lovely Newly Renovated Downtown Apartment

Walk out your door to downtown restaurants and shops but only 7 block walk to the beach. Groceries, bagel shop, liquor store, diner, lots of restaurants and shops within 2 blocks. Enjoy 1 onsite parking and free public lot across the street.
This unit was completely renovated in 2021. All new appliances including fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Apartment is well maintained and clean with lots of windows.
2 Larger bedrooms one with a walk-in closet. Tasteful decor with tiled bathroom and stone countertops.

Great apartment in center of town

We lived in Point Pleasant 20 yrs ago. Came back to visit friends and area we miss. The location is great on main strip of shops food and new Amendment 21 bar. You can walk to it all. Apartment was redone and new. Plenty of space and light in apartment. Will use again in future trips back.

Beautiful room

Beautiful apartment. Very clean and owner was very responsive and helpful. Only complaint would be the location. It’s a little noisy being on the main street there, but other than that we had a great stay.

Great Location, Great Apartment

Super clean, worked nicely for my group of 5. Easy to get to: bars, restaurants, and the beach. Joe was a great help, and very accommodating. Definitely will look to return.

Great Apartments

We rented 2 apartments that shared a hallway for friends and family and we were not disappointed at all! Great spaces. Very clean and looked exactly like the photos.Great restaurants immediately outside of the front door. I highly recommend both spaces.

Our stay was great. The condo was clean and Joe was great at communicating with us. There is assigned parking and extra parking right next to the place.

It was pretty perfect in all ways. Highly recommend it. The only suggestion I’ll offer is having perhaps a small round table with chairs to be able to sit at a table together. There is room for that. Otherwise perfect! Fun to be near shopping and restaurants, near enough to the beach and boardwalk, and yet feel like you’re in a near-luxury accommodation.
