This unit fit all of our needs regarding location, cleanliness, and amenities. I would 100% recommend this property to my friends and family and will revisit this if I'm in town in the future!

Great!

Came in from Georgia for our daughter's cheer competition and I am so glad I choose this place. It has everything you need and isconvenient to everything Louisville. The host had excellent communication and checked in via message during our visit.

Amazing Stay

It is clean, comfortably, tastfully decorated. The host was super kind and responsive. The place had everythjng we needed and more. Literallt t zero complaonts.

Stay

Had plenty of space for my family for the weekend stay. We were in town for a dance competition, very conveniently close to the convention center. Great place to be able to have breakfast and dinner while we stayed. We also really enjoyed the shower. Beds are closer to the sod if hard but no one slept bad!

Great location

Very clean, great location, plenty of space for a family of 6 passing through Louisville. The only critique I have is that the upstairs unit kept us awake until past 3 am—music and all. That was enraging. I didn’t contact the owner because it was the middle of the night. And I didn’t call the police because I was weary of having angry neighbors at 3 am in an area unknown to me.

Very nice!!

The home is in a great location to all things Louisville. The inside of the home was perfect! The decorations were beautiful and charming. The beds were super comfy. Nice touches of comfort throughout (fans, sound machine, coffee bar, throws, games, well stocked kitchen, plenty of seating). I felt so at home for a weekend away. The neighborhood is slightly run down, but the neighbors were very friendly. And the home is located central to everything. Easy to get in and out. Starbucks, groceries, and gym within walking distance. I loved this home and would definitely recommend!

Awesome Character and Perfect Location

We loved our stay at this unit! There was plenty of room for our family to spread out. The kids loved the Pac Man game, and we appreciated there were tvs in each bedroom. The beds were very comfortable, and there were lots of extras touches and details that showed how thoughtful the host was (sound machines, plenty of coffee, board games). We did not hear any noise from neighbors and I loved the decor throughout the home. Everything was very clean - I did not see anything that was missed or neglected. The host was amazing with communication and making sure everything was perfect. This location cannot be beat! We loved having breakfast at Wagner's, and seeing campus and Churchill Downs. There is a grocery store and Starbucks extremely close, it couldn't be more convenient. I am saving this property for future visits to the area - we would 100% stay here again.
