The open-concept living space ensures the best possible way for your family to mingle as you munch on snacks or simply enjoy each others' company.

Walk out of the sliding glass doors to the partially covered porch, with two wicker rocking chairs and a table to set your drink on. The ocean can be seen and the sea breeze can be felt as you let your worries wander!

The main bedroom has a king bed, an en-suite bath with a luxurious tub as well as shower and also harbors a private entrance to the patio. The other bedrooms include one with a queen and the other with two twins, along with a bathroom that connects to the hallway. The Yaupon Dunes community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner association's recommendation.
