Loft is was great for teens with lower den giving them a space to hang out. Only wish is it had a laundry space. 5 min to beach. Enjoyed coffee on front porch in am 😁

Great Spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very comfortable and spacious house for our family in a great location. A very short walk to Hagis beach at the end of the street. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed.The only drawback was no washer/dryer or clothesline to hang your wet beach towels.

Wish the outdoor shower was enclosed (no one used it because it was open) and there was a line to hang towels but other than that, it was a lovely place to stay.

We had some issues with the lamps not working, but MMR will address that. We have rented from MMR for over 20 years. They are attentive and quick to remedy any problems.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting with Martha Murray for years, this was the first time on Susan Ruth Rd in this rental. The house was beautiful. Kitchen was nicely done, air conditioning in each room made it very comfortable. The outdoor shower was amazing, large enough so that your clothes don't get wet and the water pressure was great. The one draw back as other reviewers have mentioned is that there wasn't a washer/dryer. Not that I want to do laundry on my vacation but with 3 kids, it's so helpful to have laundry on site. Even as something as simple as throwing the beach towels in the dryer was very missed! Also the listing didn't mention any beach chairs or amenities like that. With no shed we just assumed there weren't any until we found some in a random closet, so maybe an addition of a little shed or just some extra notice about where to find beach items. We would definitely rent this house again!!

Robin from Martha Murray was wonderful; she brought over a new mattress cover and a clean comforter after I notified them of the stains I found.

The owner plans to fully enclose the outside shower for the 2025 season and we will be sure to forward the suggestion about adding a washer/dryer.
