Newly renovated, spacious historic home with 3 large bedrooms & 1.5 baths that is just a few min walk to Notre Dame's Campus. You'll love all the rich wood features and character in this home and all of the rooms are large and spacious. All 3 bedrooms come with noise and light reducing curtains and white noise sound machines for a comfortable rest. You'll have full access to the entire home including the full kitchen, washer & dryer and outside entertainment space with large fenced in back yard, deck with seating area and grill along with the 2 car garage.

Located inside the North Shore triangle just a few blocks from Memorial Hospital and the University of Notre Dame Campus.

Additional house rules
1. Guests will be charged in full for any damage or violations of the house rules below.

2. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation.

3. All guests must complete HomeStayHQ’s online check-in form to stay with us. This may require a photo of guests’ government-issued ID and personal information to verify their identity and comply with regulatory requirements.

4. Check-in starts at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.

5. Smoking/Vaping violations are subject to a 250 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages. Illegal drugs of any kind are prohibited and not allowed on the property, including Marijuana.

6. Parties, gatherings or events and excessive noise are not allowed, including outside on private balconies, decks, patios or shared spaces, only the guests you listed are allowed on the property. Please respect our neighbors!

7. Do not share access to the property with anyone other than who’s on your guest list.

8. Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited.

9. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.

10. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.

11. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.


12. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damage that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be charged to the guest’s credit card.

13. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and may be removed from the property.

*STICK ANYTHING ON THE WALLS, WINDOWS OR DOORS.
*PUT ANYTHING ACCEPT TOILET PAPER IN THE TOILET.
*ALLOW ANY ILLEGAL ACTIVITY AT ANYTIME.
*YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THE RENTAL PROPERTY CAUSED BY YOU OR YOUR PARTY DURING YOUR STAY.

Host was great. House clean. Lack of window covers (beyond transparent curtains). Street lights shining all night. Would also have appreciated tvs in the bedrooms to drowned out road noise (house located on a major street).
