Please be aware that trailers or boats cannot be parked inside Sandpiper Cove. We recommend contacting the Destin, FL area facilities for trailer, boat, or jet ski parking arrangements.
-Sandpiper Cove is gated with 24-hour Security Guards for your protection.
-NO SMOKING OR PETS ARE PERMITTED inside the condo or on the balcony. Any violations will result in charges, automatic eviction, and forfeiture of refund.
