From October 1 – March 31, Regency Towers will be completing exterior concrete restoration. This is your opportunity to enjoy deeply discounted rates while still having the same beach, same pools, and same Gulf views. Construction activity may include noise, dust, and debris intermittently between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM during the low season. There are only two weeks in January 2026 to take advantage of this deeply discounted rates until Fall of 2026 dates.

Justin was visiting a friend from his hometown of Rochester, NY, while Jenni had flown in from Southern Ohio to help family with a military move. A minor traffic accident brought us together, but a great conversation is what truly connected us. What started as a random moment quickly became something neither of us could ignore.
Today, we’re happily married and raising our family with two amazing boys, three energetic chihuahuas, and one sweet calico cat. We share a love for travel, time at the beach, and creating spaces where others can relax, reconnect, and make unforgettable memories.
