Bayview 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome! Located off of Jamestown Rd., you'll be in the perfect location away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy all the fun OC has to offer. This two-level townhouse has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with lots of recent renovations for you to enjoy on your vacation. The kitchen is stocked with all of your cooking needs with appliances such as a blender and even a coffee brewer for the morning. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has queen sized bed and a bunk bed with two twin beds. In total, you can sleep 8 people comfortably in this condo. You can relax with on either the lower-level deck off of the living room or the balcony off of the main bedroom. Both decks offer amazing views of the Ocean City skyline and picturesque bay. This property includes free high-speed internet/Wi-Fi, cable TV and smart TVs so you can enjoy streaming your favorite shows (with your login credentials) from the large TV in the living room or the TVs in the bedrooms. You'll also have a full-size washer and dryer and 1 assigned parking space. Typically, there is also plenty of free street parking nearby. This is a great condo in a great location for a great Ocean City vacation!

*Property comes with blankets/comforters and pillows. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $110. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked. **

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.
