This cute 500+ sq foot condo in Diamond Head is perfectly located in mid-town on 80th Street. The uniquely designed building faces the beach with unobstructed views. A portion of the building has beach front while the other portion is street view with views of the ocean from the balconies. This condo is perfect for a small family. It's situated in a quiet neighborhood with other smaller properties surrounding it. You won't find large high rise hotels nearby congesting the beach. This family friendly unit offers high speed wifi, 2 smart tv's w/cable, kid friendly board games, books and coloring supplies. In the bedroom you will find 2 full size beds as well as a roll away bed which can be rolled out to the living room. Amenities include: washer/dryer in the unit, dishwasher, hair dryer, iron/iron board, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, Keurig & regular coffee pot, blender, air fryer, ample pots and pans. You won't find many other condos offering the same.
The balcony off the living room boasts great views of the ocean. Lounge on the love seat and take in the views of the street and bay or sit at the high top table that seats 4 and watch the waves roll. Enjoy the morning sun with a cup of coffee while watching for dolphins! Take a few steps from the front door and you will reach the outdoor pool. Pool is reserved for condo guests staying at Sandy Jack's only. Ample space to soak in the rays pool side. A few more steps upon leaving the pool and you've reached the dunes and the beach. This unit offers 1 reserved parking spot and an elevator for your convenience as this unit is not located on the first floor. Convenient walk across the street you'll find Fractured Prune, Tino's Tacos, Bayside Skillet and Ropewalk. Cute boutiques stores line the street across from where you'll be staying! An added perk that not all condos offer is our unit is fully stocked with not just cookware and dinner ware. We take the worry about vacationing by providing paper products and toiletries such as toilet paper, tissues, shampoo, and body wash. Linens are not available but you can either bring your own or rent from a local linen company.
The building completed its final phase of exterior work which include new exterior paint, railings, sliding glass doors and signage last spring.
This property in prior years has been booked through repeat private reservations 70% of the summer. The other 30% through Vrbo. While there are only a handful of reviews on Vrbo due to high number of private bookings but many of our guests book year after year. Our guest log shows that we have happy guests which we're proud of delivering a wonderful experience for our guests.
