Welcome to our spacious penthouse with Central AC & Fast WiFi in Puerto Rico! Located just 2 minutes from Safe Harbor Puerto Del Rey marina, 10 minutes from Playa Los Machos, and 12 minutes from Playa Medio Mundo, this retreat offers breathtaking sunsets and easy ferry access to Vieques and Culebra. Explore hidden gems, savor local cuisine, and enjoy the warmth of Puerto Rican hospitality in this serene, world-class destination. Ceiba, Puerto Rico, offers a variety of recreational activities and dining options to enhance your visit. 1. Our penthouse features three bedrooms: one with two twin beds, another with a queen bed, and a colorful children’s room with two small beds.

2. The terrace offers panoramic views, a dining table for four, reclining chairs, board games, a domino table, BBQ, modern TV platforms, and a hammock.

3. On the first floor, the balcony is perfect for enjoying birdsong and the serene surroundings.

4. The fully equipped kitchen includes two full bathrooms, access to an Olympic pool, gym, and a laundry room with washer and dryer, with detergents provided.

5. Additionally, we offer three folding tables located in one of the rooms, a beach cooler, beach chairs, and on the second floor, a high-top dining set for four. Here are some recommendations:

If I could give this property more than 5 stars I would. The amenties were perfect for my family and I. The property was clean and beautifully renovated. The view is stunning and the host was very responsive and accomidating. I highly recommend this property to everyone and will certainly be returning.

On one hand, the host was very nice and purchased a porta crib and highchair for our use. On the other hand, he made no attempt to fix the problems we had during our stay:No hot water in both showers (just gets warm).Second bathroom sink, only a trickle of warm water comes out.Kitchen infested with tiny ants.Separating kitchen counter laminate cut our infants leg.

Good neighbors, close to the famous El Yunque National Forest, and many areas for local tourism: hiking, horseback riding, zip-lining, camping, sailing, bioluminescent bay, and kayaking. You'll find humble people in the nearby towns and a great variety of culinary and traditional arts.

Easy access to the ferry port for trips to the paradise islands of Vieques and Culebra. Discover hidden gems, typical food, and the warm-hearted locals—just two minutes from the beautiful Safe Harbor Puerto Del Rey marina.

Sunset Sunset Penthouse offers comfortable furnishings. FAST wifi for streaming and large TV.

1st floor:

The kitchen has appliances and thoughtful essentials, such as a toaster, condiments, an Airfryer, a Ninja Blender, and a coffee machine.

Dine at the counter or an indoor dining table for four guests.

Table Games and Fun!

Several other personal needs are available, like an iron/board, washer, and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Top floor:

The rooftop terrace boasts Ocean and mountain views, making it a perfect oasis at our retreat escape. Enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the sunrise.

There isn't an elevator in the building (PH)—the security surveillance system is in the condominium's common areas.

**Important ** Guest access:

Your stay includes one designated 1 parking spot steps from the entrance. We are a third-floor apartment with no elevator.

Common areas below will be shared:

Olympic-sized pool, sun loungers, gazebo, gym facilities, kids' park, and basketball and tennis courts.

**Important Pool Hours:

Monday to Saturday, 8 am - 10 pm
Sundays 10 am - 10 pm

The building security staff and administrators manage the gym facilities.

For security reasons:

In case of water Interruptions, the COSTA BRAVA complex is not equipped with water Tanks.
