Enjoy your time away from home in this 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse. This two story home is located in the city of Chandler, a city having a multitude of things to do and only 20 minutes from malls, entertainment, dining, and spring training camps. Enjoy all the pleasures of home with all the amenities needed for your stay. 30 days is the minimum time frame for staying at this property. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and essentials, servings for 8 and small appliances. The 1/2 bath and utility room are located on the first floor. the second floor incorporates bedrooms 2 & 3, hall bath, loft area with a work center and a separate TV room. All three bedrooms have king size beds with additional bedding provided. Plenty of towels provided in the linen closet in loft area hallway upstairs. Living room is equipped with a 55" smart tv and all bedrooms are 42" smart tv's. Direct TV is our satellite provider and Cox Cable is the
internet provider and the utilities are included in the price. This home will comfortably accommodate 6 guests.

Lantana Ranch is the community that our townhouse is located in. A community pool and play area is just 75 yards out of our front door. A propane gas grill is provided on back patio for those that enjoy grilling on those beautiful nights. Arizona TPT License #21152022 and STR #302977
