3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a boat dock. A nature lovers dream located in close proximity to the head springs on the Homosassa River. (see height restrictions for bridge). Screened porch.
Snorkel with manatees. Many different species of fish and birds. Kayaks and paddle board for your use. THE BOAT IN PHOTOS IS NOT INCLUDED, you may bring your own. There is exterior security cameras facing away from the house. No interior cameras

Awesome Place

We stayed here for opening weekend of scallop season and this place did not disappoint! Location was perfect right on the crystal clear water with kayaks that the kids spend lots of time in fishing, close to grocery stores and furnished with everything we could have ever needed. On top of that check in was a breeze the lady was extremely nice and helpful plus this was probably the cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed in. We will definitely be back

High-school old guy's trip

Great stay, spent most of the time in the springs, swimming right off the dock. Had a wonderful time. Our host Maryanne was very nice, and great communication.

Nature Retreat

This house checked all the boxes for my family’s visit. We spent countless hours on the dock watching birds, fish, and the occasional human on the crystal clear river. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is clean and well appointed. We plan on returning every year!

Family Visit

We booked this property specifically for the water access so our grandchildren could experience kayaking and snorkeling with the manatees. It was amazing!! The house was very clean and comfortable. It was convenient to multiple restaurants, grocery stores and recreation options. We would highly recommend this property for anyone who wants to truly experience the Florida nature coast.

Homosassa Getaway

Property owner was super helpful prior to our arrival. The house is beautiful, the location is phenomenal. We brought our own boat to get around the river but the property has plenty of kayaks to enjoy. Our stay was one for the books! If you're looking for a vacation. You found it!

Grandson's Wedding

This was a magical stay. We were there for our grandson's wedding, but had also kayaked Homosassa Springs several times before. We loved being on the springs and kayaking and paddle boarding every day and seeing so many manatees and loved watching the mullet jump. If you love nature and appreciate the Florida springs, there is no other place better than this. And, the wedding was the best wedding ever! We are still cherishing all the incredible memories. Thank you!

Perfect in Every Way!

My first experience with this property started when I made a mistake booking. Maryanne was quick to reply and went out of her way to make it easy for me, which I really appreciated. We loved the house! Very clean, great location, all the equipment we needed to spend a few days swimming and kayaking with the manatees. The location is excellent, just a short paddle away from the state park and teeming with manatees. Loved being back in a cove where there were tons of fish, rays, birds and very few people. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. If we come back to the area we will definitely stay here again!
