Enjoy the greatest 4th of July fireworks display in the area, from the comfort of your own patio, launching almost directly overhead! This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, custom kitchen, and full laundry is your beautiful home away from home. Feel at ease cooking in the fully equipped kitchen while seeing the daily visiting deer in this park-like setting. Spring through Fall, stroll to the farmers market or the many events held at the Lancaster fairgrounds. Explore historic Mount Pleasant in Rising Park without the drive! Just a quick walk to your next hike, pickle ball, or tennis match. In town living in a county setting, you are sure to love Parkview Hilltop House!

King Bedroom - king size bed, two extra large walk-in closets, full bathroom w/shower, 43" tv, private thermostat.

Great Place

Had a great time. We went to Lancaster because of a family reunion. The house was wonderful, and the location could not have been better. We would go again and even explore Hocking Hills and downtown Lancaster again.

Lancaster Family Reunion

Wonderful home in a great location with excellent amenities! We stayed for a long weekend and had guests (family) over for a fun evening… Very clean, comfortable home with awesome views. Much better than staying in a hotel. Highly recommend

This is the type of home when you walk in you want to live there. It’s very relaxing, peaceful and there are lots of thoughts and extra touches throughout. Watching the deer and other animals is a special treat. It’s easy to get to Lancaster or Fairfield Infirmary. Strong WiFi and very comfortable beds. Note: it’s easy to miss the two tiny roads that lead up to the house as they look like driveways. Otherwise we had a great stay.

The Parkview Hilltop Home is so incredibly comfortable, beautiful and perfectly appointed. Alyssa, the owner, made our stay extra special by delivering a wonderful, comprehensive book covering hiking in Hocking Hills and the extended area, called Hocking Hills Hiking Trails: A Guide to the Hiking Trails of the Hocking Hills by Jannette Quackenbush. Alyssa was so kind, thoughtful and accommodating.The patio is a dream, with lots of comfortable seating, a very large dining table, and great privacy. Every evening, we thoroughly enjoyed watching families of deer grazing with their young fawns in the grassy field off the back yard.The house is a great jumping off point to gorgeous hiking in Hocking Hills, Conkles Hollow, and Clear Creek, where shady wooded trails, creeks, bridges, huge rock formations, and beautiful cliff views abound. In the evenings, we could easily drive the short distance from the house to one of Lancaster’s great pubs. We loved Ale House 1890 and its sister restaurant, Provisions Bakery and Deli, which serves breakfast/lunch and is open until 4 p.m. This house really was a great place to unwind and relax and Alyssa made us feel so welcome!
