Apartment is in a terrific location, as soon as you walk out the door you are in the Place de la Concorde. You can walk to every landmark or take the metro which is right outside the apartment, lined 1, 8 and 12 all meet at Concorde. Apartment had all the essentials

The apartment is in a perfect location, with many favorite sites within a 10 minute walk. Easy access to the metro and a coffee shop literally around the corner. The apartment was well stocked, clean and had everything we needed/wanted. Jean-Pierre is a perfect host!Thank you for a terrific 4 day stay - I would definitely come back!

After having 2 cancellations and being stranded "homeless" in Paris with my husband and kiddo- JP really came through- I think they never showed up originally since my dates were different to start with. THIS PLACE WAS THE BEST! - I am so happy we landed in this apartment. The check in was SO easy! (we even were able to drop off our luggage early) The apartment manager was so sweet and the little touches of hospitality were REALLY felt! Location was key- right across the street from the Metro and a fabulous park/playground- lots for kids to do! It really ended up being a top notch experience- don't sleep on this place! Book today! :)

Great little place near multiple restaurants. Close to the Concorde metro stop which made it very convenient to get around (lines 1 and 8). Bed was comfortable. Only 1 minor issue involving the keypad access but a solution was offered quickly that worked for the remainder of the stay. Recommend.

The location was perfect. The Concorde Metro is nearby but there were lots of things to see and food choices within walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed. It didn’t take long to figure out how it all worked. The neighbourhood is quiet at night. We enjoyed staying in a historic building in a historic area. Would stay here again.

Great property in a great location. We wanted to stay somewhere we could walk out the door and be right there amongst it. The family loved our time in Paris and the kids said it was their favourite place; strolling on the Champs Elyse in the evenings, morning runs along the Seine, the Louvre across the park and cafes and restaurants on your doorstep. Looking forward to going back and staying there again.

Wonderful Apartment in a prime location

My parents and I loved staying at this apartment! Very central location, close to the Concord and Louvre, and a couple metro stops from the Eiffel tower. The bed is very comfortable, and the small kitchen was great for making simple meals when we didn't want to eat out. Would stay again!

The kitchen was fully equipped, but we chose to go out for every meal. We were there to vacation and see as many museums and sites and neighborhoods as possible. This location is on one of the busiest streets of Paris, but inside the apartment we heard little noise from the street or others. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The perfect location, walkable to almost everything!

We had a wonderful five nights, only wish we could’ve extended more. The small but well appointed flat is right at the heart of Paris! We walked everywhere but on Maher. I loved our stay. The host was super communicative and it was just a delight to stay here. I highly recommend! Except… For when we come back, then we want to book again.
