Welcome to Nautical Watch. This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom beach home is the absolute perfect accommodation for family vacations or groups looking to stay together and create memories that will last a lifetime! The open concept living area provides an expansive dining table with seating for the whole crew! Guests can enjoy playing games, eating, and spending quality time together in one space.
Located on the North end of Tybee a stone`s throw from local favorites: Hucapoos Bites & Booze for pizza, family entertainment, and indoor/outdor dining as well as Tybean Coffee Bar which is the `starbucks` of Tybee. Best coffee, breakfast burritos, and more just barely a block away.
The beach is a short 5 minute drive or bike ride.

Short Weekend Girls Trip

We had a wonderful time at the Nautical Watch! We loved the bedrooms and ample bathrooms. It was within walking distance of the cutest coffee shop and a few restaurants, too! Great location and amenities!

Our stay at the beach house was wonderful! The best part was how close it was to the beach—just a short walk away. The convenience made our time there truly relaxing and enjoyable, even if it was only for one night.

We loved our stay at Nautical Watch. The location is convenient to a lot of restaurants and beaches, and we loved that the house is pet friendly! The house is decorated nicely and we were all comfortable and lived our stay. Thank you!

Check-in and out was easy. The decor and set-up of the house is great - various seating areas within the large open area. The 'coffee table' worked great for Euchre games, and the dining room table was PLENTY large enough to keep in-progress jig-saw puzzles going. Many books and puzzles are made available by the owners, for chill-time. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes, pans, etc. The outdoor fence and foliage provide privacy, and the firepit area is set up wonderfully for comfortable seating. The house has nice appliances (large refrigerator and larger capacity washer and dryer). Huc-a-poos bar (with very good, reasonably priced pizza, and a friendly staff), as well as several shops, are a very short walk. Two beaches are within walking distance (one @1/4 mile; the other @1/2 mile. This was a great place for a group of friends to stay - plenty of indoor and outdoor areas for spreading out and doing our own thing when not feeling social, and plenty to see and do in walking distance (so a vehicle wasn't always needed - saving us from group coordination for going everywhere).

Family Get Away

Our stay was very nice was wonderful to have all the bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to be at home without being on top of each other the only thing I would do is keep the grease clean off the stove to include the drawers and oven hello and that everything was immaculate thanks again and we would definitely useThe house again

A Gem of a House & Stay

This house is absolutely beautiful, in a perfect location convenient to pizza & coffee in walking distance. The cutest little nearby shops as well with easy access to the beach. The rooms are very clean and comfortable beds. The kitchen has everything you need. The OCD in me loved the labels so everything has a place! The host communicates very efficiently. The house is set up beautifully and the backyard is adorable. Loved our stay with our kids!

We experienced a few issues during our stay, which were addressed but we were promised a refund for the expense and we never received it. The bar next door plays loud music past midnight on the weekends.

We had a great time during our stay on the property. The house is spacious and comfortable. Each time we got back from the beach we had 3 showers running at once, but there was no problem with water temperature or pressure. The hosts were easily available for communication and assistance. I did feel slightly mislead by the listing. It was listed as a 5 min walk to the beach. While that is true, it’s not the ocean beach. It’s river beach at the inlet. That being said, we had a great time. The ocean beach is only a short drive away.

Great property! Perfect for our large group. Check-in was easy, and the host was clear and communicative. The house is beautiful and roomy with lots of seating and space. Beds are comfortable We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed to have everything you would need. Our only minor complaint is that the towel sets didn’t include a bath mat or extra washcloths and hand towels. Otherwise, we had just what we needed.
