It was a beautiful and scenic setting with lots todo in the immediate area, the weather was outstanding so we took advantage and got in a lot of beach time

The view is stunning, the rooms were clean and comfortable and there was plenty of space for all. In our case, we were all women coming for a retreat and we each wanted our own bed. While this property can sleep 10-12, I’d say 7-9 if each person wants their own bed. I hosted a betrayed women’s retreat here and the space was cozy and intimate, perfect for our gathering. I hope to stay here again!

House was extremely clean upon arrival. Plenty of room for a lot of vehicles. Great view and plenty of amenities for cleaning crabs. We have been renting this house every year for the last 10 years and it never disappoints.

Beautiful

This Bourbon Place Retreat was absolutely beautiful. We stayed for to celebrate our anniversary with many of our close friends. The house was huge and easily accommodated all of our guests. We all had a great time!!

I love this place. You can't beat the view and the space for parking. Large table for large group. Do not have to travel far for the sights. Close to Charter fishing as well. Hope to rent again.

Beautiful view, great hot tub, good location, comfortable beds, adequately appointed kitchen. Would have been nice to have enough TP. Had no paper towels, plastic wrap, coffee or tea. Cleaning and folding all towels before leaving was a bit strict...

Crab house

We’ve stayed here 6 times and it’s a perfect man house. Lots of parking, crab cleaning station, tons of beds, and a million dollar view. We had a blast yet again hanging with buddies standing around a fire pit eating all the crab we caught out in the bay. Amazing time. On the flip side I’d never bring my immediate family here because it’s outdated and could use a deep clean. It’s a guy house. I’ll be back for years to come if it’s still available. The calm nights and sunsets are some of the best views I’ve enjoyed from around the world.

Family vacation

We had a great time and the house was perfect for our needs. Very spacious and all the comforts of home. My whole family agreed the beds in every room were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on in a rental. Views were amazing and super quiet area.Though the house was perfect it is hard to get a hold of the owner we tried to call both phone numbers and text as well with no response but we managed to fix the problem ourselves.Also it could use a good deep cleaning but I am a neat freak so that's on me. All in all I highly recommend this place for any large or small gathering.

Beautiful location great for a family vacation

View of the bay was beautiful. During low tide you could walk across the street and walk on the bay to see clams and wildlife. Location and view were beautiful. Kids loved the bunk room. Lots of parking and easy to find. 10 minutes to Fred Meyer or Safeway. As you walk into the main level of the home there is a large dining area, kitchen and living room. On the main floor there is a bedroom with a shared wall and a bathroom. The 2 bedrooms downstairs are not Private, they share a wall and have transparent doors. Upstairs bedroom and bathroom have a door and is much more private. Pool table and foosball are fun. There are puzzles and no other games. Cleaning team could do a better job, don’t look behind or under any furniture. Overall nice stay beautiful view.

Beautiful location and the hot tub was amazing!

We arrived at 3:56pm just before 4:00 check-in the cleaner was still there. The property itself upon arrival was dirty, the floors were filthy and needed to be mopped the soap dispensers were almost empty of soap the main bathroom faucet trickled out water, the trash glider broken and substandard cleanliness throughout entire house, moldy food or vomit on the entry way pull out couch mattress, garbage was overflowing on arrival. There was bird poop by and behind grill and it was filthy and not very functional, the plants on front deck were dying. This property did have an amazing view and the hot tup was wonderful. The game room was fun, missing chalk for pool sticks, missing a puck for air hockey and missing a net for ping pong, however, the foosball table was great fun. The beds were comfortable.

I contacted the owner before the stay and the owner did not reply. The table and counters were sticky, the washer seal is covered in mold, the hairballs run free across the floor. The rules posted throughout the house are unwelcoming, patronizing and do not seem appropriate for a house with guests. Most cabinets and drawers are locked and impart an unwelcoming environment throughout the home.

Raining in Netarts

The house was great just a few problems, leaky shower head, and the like. there are many features, however they are locked up if you want to use a gas bbq bring your own there is a very nice one there, but it is locked up, if you want to keep beverages cold near the bar bring a separate cooler (like not the one you would use for fish,crab or clam) there is a very nice reach in beverage refer there but it is locked up, there are ample dresser drawers in the bedrooms, but they are locked up. On the bright side the view is fantastic, close to the best clamming in Oregon, the beds are very comfortable and the furniture is adequate the house has a warm feel, the vibe was great. This house is not to far off the beaten path and has far more bed space than any other house we have rented in the 12 years we have been at this. the bunks are all double and there are roll aways under both, you can probably seat a dozen at the dining table however we only had 5. All in all we had a fantastic time in spite of the rain.

Warm and comfortable, big and roomy

Stayed last weekend with a group of 10 (6 adults, 2 kids, 2 teens, 2 dogs). Interior is nicely decorated and furnished, pictures actually don't do it justice. There was plenty of room for everyone, various spaces for privacy and everyone was happy with comfort of beds. Kitchen was adequate and had plenty of dishes, pans, utensils, etc. Huge dining table with seating for at least 12, plus barstools. Nice fridge with ice maker/water and the additional fridge space downstairs came in very handy. Plenty of towels and linens, access to cleaning supplies. Huge parking area which worked out for our many vehicles including large trucks and a boat. Several people enjoyed the binoculars and telescope, and the tide clock was super handy. Wood stove was fabulous (bring your own wood). Just a few cons: some minor housekeeping issues and the fact that every storage space in almost every bedroom is locked up (there is no place to put anything but on floor or bed). Perhaps an extra small dresser or armoire for guests would be helpful. Also, most of the rentals I've stayed in had at least rudimentary pantry items for guests: sugar, oil, cheap coffee, spices, foil, plastic wrap-- there was salt and pepper and that's about it. Regarding a previous review, there were bbq tools in one of the drawers. Didn't use the charcoal grill but based on reviews had brought our own gas grill. Great spot for a large group.

Unfortunately very dirty home and not really a 3-bedroom

We arrived at the home to find it had not been cleaned AT ALL! Tons of sand on the floors, no beds made (there are 11), and only wet towels and sheets in the laundry room. Luckily the local manager answered and said they could send out a cleaning crew in the next hour if we'd vacate the property for 2 hours. Unfortunately we'd driven in with small children and taking them to dinner or the beach at 5pm was not an option. The manager offered to refund my cleaning fee if we cleaned the place and purchased the needed supplies for our 4 days (toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap). It seemed the best option available at the time. Unfortunately it has been over a month and though I have contacted the owner, I have not received a refund of my cleaning fee from them or the property manager. What a terrible way to start a vacation by having to clean up other people's messes (especially toilets)! There was literally sand everywhere. The listing is also inaccurate. It says 3 separate bedrooms. 1 King upstairs and 2 queens on the main level. Unfortunately they're really just 1 large bedroom with a wall in between and a door connecting them with SEE-THROUGH GLASS! Between bedrooms! Not an ideal situation for couples who had no privacy. Location is perfect and the bunk/game room is great for children but we would definitely not stay again at this home. Hate to leave a bad review but the owner has not respond to any of my texts and emails and it has been a month.

Perfect

We flew in from Denver, Phoenix, NYC, Philly and Des Moines to enjoy a girls trip on the Oregon coast. Everything was as expected and fit our groups needs. The view from the house was wonderful, we enjoyed the hot tub and we all slept comfortably. We loved the giant table inside to sit as a group for dinner and games.

Netarts Bay Spectacular

The best part of the property is the view! You're on the Bay not the Ocean but you can see North to Oceanside and down to Cape Lookout (when it's clear). It's our favorite part of the coast. The neighbors were really nice, the home itself was spacious- we had 8 and one dog and there was plenty of room. Outdoor deck and Hot Tub awesome. A family reunion we will not forget!!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This home is right near the bay, with beautiful views. We are right near the famous clam beds. Near hiking trails, close to the beach and close distance to Sand Lake for ATV riding. We do have a large u shaped pull through driveway for easy access with boats and trailers.
