The property is beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. Host was super helpful and gracious and made communication easy. Definitely recommend and hope to return in the years to come.

This condo unit was really beautiful! The furniture was very comfortable, including the patio chairs - I loved the footstools. The view was incredible. The unit was stocked thoughtfully - my just-retired husband and I had such fun floating around like kids with the boogie board & noodle; really appreciated having beach towels, nice sand chairs and umbrellas too. Linda was super-friendly and responsive; communication with Anne was good too. Something of note, the sliding doors to the patio did not lock, and Linda is looking to get that addressed. Don't know if it always like this on this particular leg of the beach, but there were many many birds camped out there during our week! Also got to see some dolphins!

The 5 star review is very much appreciated. Thank you so much. Some time ago, the association arranged for the sliding doors to be replaced. There was a slight miscalculation and if the locks were attempted to be used, it was pulling the doors away from the other end support. As the condo is beach front on the third floor, the solution was to remove the locks.

From the moment we walked into the condo, we fell in love with how beautiful and clean the condo was. The view was gorgeous! Having beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach items were so convenient and thoughtful for travelers. The beds were so comfy as well as the cushions for the chairs on the balcony. Communication was easy and everyone was very helpful. Thank you for sharing your place.

This is a wonderful property. Everything was clean and the kitchen dishware and cooking items were fully stocked. The view and balcony are spectacular. Communication with the host was excellent. Without hesitation we would stay here again.

I made contact with the guest regarding the upgrades and his separate enquiry for a possible return stay next year. To quote "several minor changes could make a big improvement." The suggestions were to replace the beach chairs, which can easily be done. The traffic area from tile to carpet needs attention but this had already been arranged. It cannot be done on a Saturday turn around. Attention is also needed with master shower head and grout , which has now been booked for a week's time. To again quote the guest "with these minor changes I would definitely rate this 5 Stars"
